I cannot give an honest review of the restaurant because I did not get a chance to dine there. Here's why. I made a reservation a week in advance with no problem. On Saturday my party arrive 15 minutes early to the restaurant only to find it completely closed. Lights off, doors locked, and no answer on the phone. Very strange. Til this moment I am really baffled as to what happened. We ended up going to another restaurant and had a fantastic time.

Had reservation. Confirmed reservation. Got there on time. Restaurant was closed. Open table should know this before accepting reservations.

There is no experience to tell because upon arrival at the restaurant, there was a sign on door that they were closed. There was no information if it was a temporary or permanent closure. When I attempt to salvage our evening by trying to make another reservation on the Open Table app, I was unable to do so because the time was at the same time as my existing reservation so I could not modify or cancel. I had to keep looking up restaurants that looked like they had availability and call. It was a very disappointing experience. How does Open Table track their restaurants to ensure their hours and availability?

We booked our reservation through you. Shut up at the restaurant and it was completely shut down. If it had closed permanently or temporarily we have no idea. I have no idea why it is still on your page. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. And less disappointed about the restaurant and more disappointed that it’s still on OpenTable and you were still able to book

We made a reservation for 715 through Open Table and arrived on time. We sat at the table for half an hour with absolutely no with attention. My husband got up and ordered a glass of wine for me from the hostess. We sat for another half an hour, again with no attention whatsoever, not even a glance in our direction, and then put some bills to pay for the wine on the table and left... Was very cold last night so was wearing a mink jacket… maybe these are mink lovers and they ostracize anybody wearing fur… don't know.
