Good time over all. Late diners are a good option if you're planning to go dancing after. Tell your waiter you're staying after and $20 cover entrance to the back or vibe no charge with everyone outside too. Lots of fun!

First we were very disappointed with the food but that s not the worst part, They also double booked our table so we had to leave before we finished our drinks, the club wasn't even open yet which is was part of the plan. They took our table and we stood there thinking we can wait for a few min until the club is open but the bouncer came and rudely kept asking us to move, there was nowhere to stand so we left !!! My birthday was ruined thanks to you!!!!

Best Caribbean food in the Boston area, bar none! Chef Giovanna Huyke never disappoints. The mofongos here are the real thing and the best in the Boston area. But everything in the menu is really good. Try the beef pastelón, made with ripe sweet plantains. The combination of the sweet and savory is to die for. This last time I had the passion fruit salmon, and it was fabulous. You really can't go wrong with anything here. Highly recommend La Fabrica to anyone looking for a different, extremely good meal, or for anyone, like me, longing for the food that you used to eat years ago while living in the Puerto Rico.

Appetizers arrived at the same time as main course. Food was blend. They did not have 1/2 of the dishes we wanted. Chicharrones de pollo were mini chicken fingers, no chicharrones at all, and at the time to pay the system was down and we had to pay in cash. At least one of us (6 guests) had the money to cover the bill for everybody. Not a big deal of a restaurant. We were expecting better having Giovanna Huyke as executive chef.

The bartender drinks were magnificent, I haven't had a real "Old Cuban" in a long time and the Sangria (with Prosseco) was to die for. The food is 100% authentic and the waiter's disposition very friendly. This is why I keep coming here over and over again. In my 3 plus decades as a resident in Boston, I have not found such an authentic Spanish Caribbean Restaurant dining place until La Fabrica Central opened its doors lover 5 years ago.

We were kind of disappointed last night. La Fabrica is a cool place with a great vibe, but service was slow (though friendly), the Latin "sushi" was great but chicken chicharrón was horribly dry. The booths in the back are a nice idea but weird how they face the sushi chefs. A more normal seating arrangement would be better.

This was my third time here and simply enjoyed my dinner. The waitress was amazing. She was so patient and kind which made all the difference. The food is amazing so be prepared to work some of that off with a little bit of salsa afterwards because they have full dance floor with a DJ. Be sure to make a reservation it’s the best way to get seated and ensure a wonderful experience. On the most recent night I went they had live music! Say what???! The beverages are equally wonderful as well. Pace yourself with the food, beverage and music. You’ll surely enjoy. I went on Saturday.

This was our first time eating at this restaurant, since we were just visiting Cambridge. We were the first party in the place at around 5:00, and the next party was seated right next to us, even though the whole restaurant was empty at that point. The tables are extremely close together, and it was uncomfortable at best. We also were not told the specials by our server, but heard them when another server came to the table next to us. This was frustrating, since we had already ordered our food. The food was very good, but the other factors affected my overall impression.

We have had several meals at La Fabrica Central and all were good. Especially nice are the whole red snapper and the short ribs. Our most recent visit was on an evening of live jazz, and although a bit noisy, the sound level was acceptable. Service was very efficient. We enjoy this restaurant and would return.

Food amazing live band amazing service amazing! The tables and dining room were ok wish the set up was different and more personable. We would have went to the club after dinner but would have an additional charge of 40$ after spending 200 on dinner just didn’t sit well with me, even though the money wasn’t an issue. Best flan in Boston!!! I would definitely go back the food was sooo good!

The settling was nice. We dined outside, however we could see and hear the live band. For apps we had the Avocado Tostones and Beff Empanadas. They were okay. For the main, we had the Chuleta Kan Kan and the Chicken Chicharron Mofongo. Both were over cooked, very dry, and over priced.

Fun time celebrating a birthday on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered a la crate,and everything was delicious. The ropa viaje mofongo was especially good.

This has quickly established itself as our favorite "go-to" restaurant when the family is together here. The mofongo is delicious, the chicharrones de pollo are perfect, and the pastelón de amarillo was sublime. The service is impeccable and, if you haven't tried a parcha mojito, this is the place to start.
