everything about the restaurant is great. The service staff is VERY nice and the food is great. Good value and accommodating to food allergies

The food is good, tofu, beef tongue are surprise. Pho and crab rice are good as expected. Service is also good, friendly, warm. Its a pity that the waiters are too keen to recover the empty dishes and sometimes the action is interfering. Overall its a very pleasant journey.

Nice decor and creative food. Large portion size for the price in NYC. One star off for being a bit too salty after finishing half of the entree.

Most Vietnamese spots in the City seem to be geared more toward Thai or generic SE Asian, but La Dong hits the mark with authentic, tasty, well-prepared Vietnames cuisine. The staff is welcoming and friendly, efficient, and makes a point to thank you on the way out. Really a great experience from entry to exit.

Terrific business lunch. Seated promptly. Took our orders quickly. Let us linger for a bit at lunch, which was nice.

If you ever find yourself at the bar while Ert is working - consider yourself lucky. Not only are the drinks on point, but the energy and conversation make it feel like you’re hanging out with an old friend. 10/10 would recommend (and come back for another round)!
