First off, they had no idea of my reservation, which I had proof of confirmation. The girl said "really? I wasnt told." It was a reservation for 7 for a Birthday, which I had also made a special request with my reservation which obviously they also had no idea about so it didnt happen. We arrived at 4:30pm.. had to wait for her to set up a table for 7. Waited 15 mins to be asked what we wanted for drinks which was water... it took 15 mins to get that to us. We were not offered bread which they usually do... she says, ok I will ask if I can get you some. We ordered 3 appetizers... it took until 5:30pm (1 hour after arriving) to get them. They were cold and horrible. We waited another 30 mins for our meals to arrive... its now 6pm, we have been here 1.5 hours and just getting our meal. The meal comes, and 1 small bun of bread for 7 people. I have an 11 month old who us now fussing from waiting so long to eat... and 6 angry others. The meals were cold and not enjoyable or worth the money. It cost us 243.00 and the food and service was terrible. Will NEVER go back there nor would I recommend to others.

Glad we had reservations. Very unassuming restaurant. Not fancy. But--they make excellent food. Service is very gracious. Food delivered in timely fashion. Because of Valentine's Evening, very busy. If you love good food, but don't need the fancy, come here. Prices are reasonable. We had a lovely evening.

To start the night off, they had not received our Open Table reservation. We were a group of 7 but thankfully they quickly found us a table. Next was the glass of sour milk and there was no more milk to replace it. Our waiter seemed new and a little disorganized but he did a great job overall. I would definitely not use Open Table to reserve at this spot in the future.

We had the Veal Scallopini and Sausage Chicken Classico. Both dishes were great. Dessert was good as well between the gelato and cheese cake.

We had a 6 30 reservation for 10 people. Our table was ready when we arrived but that was all that was ready. The service was dreadful. Our server was ok at best but the speed from the kitchen was extremely slow. We were there over 2 hours by the time we were finished. We only had one course. Would not dare to ask for desert. We have been there on several occasions in the past but based on the comments of our friends we will not be returning.

My wife and myself went for supper after long day on Friday. We seated and wait more than 15 mins for waitress. Then I got my margarita with SUGAR on rim then I compained about it and got a free drink. But that wasn't I need. Then we waited more than 1 hour and 15mins for our main meal. We didnt get a glass of water. We are lucky enough our home is less than 10Kms from this restuarant. I haven't had this kind of terrible experince on the earth. Im not recommanding this place to any of my friend. The food was awesome. I think the issue was service. I dont think that Im not try this place again. Thank you.

Our reservation was made ahead of time. Which is a good thing and so easy to do online. The waitress was lovely. However The food was just OK! The risotto ball were cold and bland. There was absolutely no taste of squash. I had the stuff chicken with spinach. It was very good but small and pricey. There was only two small pieces of chicken. It was mostly gnocchi. Which was good but the value was not there. The best part was the staff. Ambiance was good for casual dining. Probably would not go again. There are other Italian restaurants in the same price range with better food. Sorry.
