   Excellent food and service! Very unique experience to have such fine dining in Nosara. Everything was perfect, from the service to the conversations with the Chef. Highly recommended!

   Exceptional farm to table restaurant in the beautiful beach town of Nosara. Chef Colin knows how to make every bite a taste of heaven. Delicacies from local farms all over Costa Rica. This is a must for locals and definitely a must-do dinner for vacatiiners.

   La Cosecha is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—our waitress was warm, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The chef is truly incredible, crafting dishes that are not only beautifully presented but bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors. Every bite was a testament to the quality and passion behind the food. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and you could taste the care put into every dish. The entire experience was unforgettable—delicious food, wonderful ambiance, and exceptional service. If you're in Nosara, I highly recommend visiting La Cosecha. It’s a dining experience you won’t want to miss!

   Fantastic dinner, love the use of local ingredients in the food. The chef was able to take care of one of our guests who had a very restrictive diet. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant.

   An absolutely incredible experience. The drinks and food were unique, delicious, and fun. We also loved the non-alcoholic drink pairings with each course, chatting with the owner, and the ambiance was great. This is a really special place that I highly recommend!

    We have dined here half a dozen times since they opened, and they seem to just get better each time we go! Truly the only fine dining option in Nosara. It is nothing short of amazing what Colin is able to pull together for each weeks menu. As avid home cooks and residents in Nosara ourselves we know how hard it is to find ingredients. An absolute must do if you are a foodie in Nosara.
