    Beautiful setting. Service was good, not great. Food was marginal and overpriced.. two of us had pasta dishes and thought they were not that good, and way overpriced. The other had the seafood. Said it was ok, but not memorable. We also shared a pizza which was average.

    We have eaten at La Connessa several times. As always the service and food are outstanding. One comment about this visit was that the tomahawk steak was ordered medium rare and came to the table medium.

    La Connessa was a great experiment. It must be a neighborhood/after work place, as it fills up quickly after 5:30. The service was friendly from entry to exit. Our bartender Linda would definitely be someone to go back and have a laugh with and get served a great drink. And, the food was delicious! We look forward to going back!

    Rudy was our server and so nice, attentive, fun and good! We shared the delicious fungi pizza and asparagus, cod and arugula salad. Will def be back!

    We were celebrating a graduation and started off as a party of 8, then 9, then finally a whopping 13. The staff was incredibly easy to work with and they accommodated us perfectly. The grad’s phone died so he asked if he could charge it and the hostess obliged. Our server was the absolute best, he asked the kitchen for a special order and it was tweaked to suit the individual. He was more than attentive, he really was just amazing and made the dinner that much better. I ordered the bolognese and paired it with a Barber wine, it was the perfect combo and I was very impressed. The ambience gave me art deco vibes and the lighting against the bar set the mood. I will be coming back and I really do believe that the entire staff made the night top tier.
