   I enjoyed the restaurant in the past. The service was excellent! This time ordered the fresh salad. Both my wife and I were a bit disappointed. The chicken was played on top, cut up a whole piece. Should have been sliced smaller and mixed in. Also the dressing was a bit bland. Offer others too. The salad could use some cheese and or red onions or scallions, for my taste.

   Food was good but service was bad. We waited a half hour to place a drink order and had to get menus ourselves. I’ve had lunch here and all was good. Thus was first time going for dinner and will probably just keep this location for lunch.

   Cinco de Mayo was celebrated very festively with a good meal and our efficient server, Drew. We've had 4 dining occasions since La Cocina's opening and they have been all excellent.

   It appeared that the restaurant had overbooked tables as we were seated 35 minutes after our reservation time. Three of our four dinners were oversalted and we weren’t able to eat them. Hopefully things will improve as we had high hopes for a good Tex-Mex restaurant in this area.

   Overall it was a very good experience. Our server Alexander G was young and seemed inexperienced. Our water and chips came pretty fast but our server did not come to our table for 10 min when we ordered margaritas. He apologized and said all his tables were seated very close together. Also the chips were all small pieces like somebody had crumpled them. that made it difficult to dip into the hot sauce.

   This was our fourth time dining at this restaurant. We have enjoyed every visit and will continue to support this establishment. The food is excellent band portions are generous.

   Great food and great service. Noise level ok but can be an issue if seated near the bar. Definitely will make it a favorite place to return to.

    We sat on the patio and had a wonderful early dinner. Josiah was on point and a very nice great experience. We will be back.
