    Food was not good. We booked it for a bday table for couple, igloo was in corner with curtains. Not worth it to put money for roof top igloo experience.

    Overpriced, Mid Food, and Shady Charges Honestly disappointed. The food was painfully average — nothing memorable, definitely not worth the price. What really ruined it was the constant upselling without telling us the price increases. We got charged for things we didn’t even realize would cost extra, including water. Yes, water. To top it off, they slapped on an automatic gratuity without any heads-up, which just felt sneaky considering the level of service. If I’m paying fine dining prices, I expect at least good food and clear communication. This place is all hype save your money and your appetite.

    The service was amazing ! The food on a different level ! Neha our server was amazing ! Last time I was there preet was the server and she was amazing as well The names of the Cocktails are funny😂😂👌👌

    We ordered Rose Pasta, Pav bhaji and peri peri wedges. Service was good and host was very good. But the food was not so good. As we ordered pasta which was taste less. We ordered pav bhaji in which bhaji was bland. The only thing which was good was peri peri wedges and the ketchup. This was not the food we expected. We will think twice before visiting this place again.

    We were celebrating a birthday and visiting La Ciel for the first time. Not sure how the experience was going to be. But everything was great there from food to service to ambience. Kids loved the DJ. Live music session was amazing. Nothing to disappoint. One suggestion though is to make pani puri a bit better. Amazing presentation but taste can be improved. Thanks. We would love to go back. Srishti was an amazing server. She did a terrific job attending to our needs.

    "I recently had the pleasure of dining at La Ciel with friends, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was lovely. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service provided by Nitin. His attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made our dining experience truly memorable. Thankyou nitin btw all drinks were amazing.

    Sannay if I don't have the spellings wrong was our waiter and the experience was exceptional Ammol and other staff always ensured we had the best Dining experience It was our first time and definitely will be bringing a larger group very soon

    Neha was a great hostess and very attentive. It was a wonderful experience and the service was very quick and the fond taste and quantities was very good. Drinks are a bit overpriced otherwise a wonderful experience!
