Love Cha Cha Cha, been for dinner many times. This was my first time for lunch, however, and I think they need to get the service a bit more streamlined for a weekday lunch break pace.

Go for the vibe and ambiance. Nice date night/date spot or place to start/end the night. Drinks were good (margs and espresso martini). Food was average but only got apps and desserts.

This is a beautiful restaurant with cool looking drinks and great food. Everything we ordered was wonderful. Our server was a little short with us but I think he did his job well. But the ambiance is wonderful. It was unfortunately raining so I'm sure on a beautiful warm sunny day it's going to be even more amazing. There is Valley in the front. My only complaint is we went for lunch and there was no dessert on the lunch menu. That was a bummer. Apparently it's only on dinner menu after 5:00

Too expensive for what we ate. Touted Octopus taco was least favorite and food felt rushed and uncared for including the stray glass marble in my husband's taco that they kindly didn't charge for. My bad not realizing that they closed down so early on Sunday night.

Great food and a good atmosphere. The open air dining was nice. The food was the seller though. Everything was very flavorful and simple. Not complicated food done very well. I am from San Diego and just happened by this place. Very happy we did. Next time we are in Downtown LA we will go back. The only small criticism is the menus are hard to read at night with the lighting.

I made a reservation for my son's Birthday two weeks in advance and I was very specific about the seating area and the table. We arrived to restaurant and they have us seating on a different area. I was very upset that their response was, "well" the table you requested is for 4 people. The reason I requested that table is because I was there before and I always seat at that table so I know 6 people can seat there. But the real reason the just move us to the back area , the one use for non-reservations was because the owner was having dinner and he was seating at that table with a group of very important people. I learn last night that the customer has no value for this place! all they need it to do, was to call and explain that the table was not available and give us options, but they didn't care. is to bad, the food was good as always but i'm not coming back.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday last night for a 5pm reservation. We choose this restaurant because of the beautiful outdoor ambiance & rooftop views, however we never experienced it during our meal. We were seated in a corner nitch by a steel wall out of sight & with no view. The restaurant was completely empty with plenty of tables open that had views, they could’ve accommodated us better but they didn’t & I was embarrassed to ask. Our waiter welcomes us to the restaurant(first timers) & notifies us that their entrees were designed to be shared. We accepted that and ordered their NY Strip steak ($55) however when it was placed at our table, we saw that it was not big enough to share. The waiter that gave us our food told us that the NY Strip was not available so we were given the ribeye as a substitute, which is a better cut of steak and we appreciated the upgrade, but it was too small to share. If we would’ve known the NY was not available before it was served to us we would’ve changed our entree for a one that made more fiscal and portion sense for us. luckily, we did order appetizers that were all very good but we kept it light because we were told that our entree was large. On the reservation notes we put that we were celebrating my birthday but I am assuming that they do not check because it wasn’t acknowledged at all. My boyfriend did go up to the hostess and asked if they had a mini dessert to celebrate birthdays, she told him that they did not, we would have to purchase a dessert, and that they could give us a candle. Overall, I was quite disappointed in the service quality, location of seating, and food portions/value. However, bartender that made our drinks did an amazing job; he brought them to our table, checked on us, and even turned on the heating lamp for us.

It was ok overall. What was kind of funky at first was that they served a guacamole that wasn't very fresh. I had to ask for a new one that was perfect but I don't know how they were at first willing to serve us the first one like that. It was literally dark green which usually happens when it's old. The chicken was ok and wish it had a bit more char since it was a la brasa. What was good was the beef tongue but the rest was not that great for the price.

Made a reservation and got to the restaurant a little early. The hostess said to give her a minute to set the table and we sat down in the chairs in front of the host table. People who come in including walk ins are directed to go the bar. After waiting about 25 minutes and 5 minutes after the reservation time the hostess asked us if we were waiting for a table. Not sure what happened there but we’re asian and the people who came in after us were all white. I think it’s weird she also didn’t tell us to wait at the bar and then proceeded to completely forget about us. The pork we ordered was also very dry which should is a little ridiculous for the price. Service from everyone else other than the hostess was very good though.

Once again the restaurant, food, and especially the staff, exceeded our expectations! Our hostess (Cassie) was phenomenal as usual, and really went out of her way to get us a table for drinks, and then another table (romantic for a date) for dinner. Thank you Cassie! ;-)) Our waiter was awesome (forget name, sorry). His hospitality was fantastic, and all the recommendations with drinks, food, and dessert were spot on. The oysters were so delicious we ordered another round, and the ribeye was fantastic as usual. We will be back to our favorite spot again soon! Thanks again! Jay B.

we enjoyed our first time at this restaurant and will come back, but Alcoholic drinks are very diluted. They taste good but don't feel like there is much alcohol in them. we had two drinks each, and I usually have one drink with my dinner. These drinks are delicious, but week. I would also the server to make sure that enough alcohol is added

I really loved this place on previous occasions, but went last night and it felt like it had turned into more of a club vibe. Terrible music, and we were totally surprised to see that Sunday's menu was brunch all day - no tacos. Was not notified of this when making the reservation. The server said they are switching back to the regular menu next Sunday, so that's good news! Great service overall, and food was good but not sure if I would return anytime soon.

It’s a cute little roof top restaurant, I wasn’t really impressed with the food menu. It says Mexican but it’s more Americanized. It’s cute if you go for drinks although, they don’t have beer off draft. The beer selection they have is very limited. They have this drink called cha cha cha it’s canned beer and it also comes with a side of tequila shot which I thought was cute.
