   Great little escape from the craziness of Temple Bar area. We ate downstairs in the cavern which was awesome. They were extremely accommodating for a last minute change. There were 6 of us and everyone agreed it was our best meal in Ireland. The prices were extremely fair for the quality of food. Decent wine selection. All in all a great dinner.

   This was our first trip and probably our last. The food was very good though many dishes were listed as spicy (chili/spicy/hot); even the Bolo that didn't mention it still had a bit of a bite but overall the food was a success. We wanted to start with a bottle of white wine then with dinner a red (....we were on holiday). The wine list had few whites (I believe 6 white wines and not all Italian) then two pages of reds and then more 'better' reds. We asked they had more whites, but no, so we chose one and it was good. We had asked for sparkling water and received on .5 liter. We finished it and asked for another. We ordered our food and asked for a recommendation on two reds (both Borolo's). The server made a suggestion that we went with. We both wanted a Caesar salad to start but Julie noticed that it had olives and other parts not normally in a Caesar so she went for a house salad. When the Caesar arrived it was more a tossed salad and it had chicken; this was a starter. I commented and was told all Caesars have chicken. I mentioned there were two prices, I expected with or without chicken (starter/meal); no two sizes, their starter salad comes with chicken. Ok, part on me, but this was odd; I switched to a side salad. When he brought the bottle of red, it was a completely different wine, he pushed a bit but we reminded him of his suggestion; and we reminded him about another bottle of water. While he was getting the wine another person asked how we were doing; we asked for another bottle of water. The wine came and it was correct, and good. And we asked for another bottle of water....and it did come with our food. Again the food was good, but the service was not to par for us. The rest was uneventful but overall we wouldn't recommend dining here unless you are known. Good luck.

   Got in early and had a great meal. Started with Caprese Salad then finished with one of their woodfired pizzas. Very good pizza - best Neapolitan style I’ve had in Ireland.

   Went for a meal to celebrate my mothers 75th birthday and we had the early bird menu, starters we had calamari and garlic flat bread, and mains steak with chips and tagliatelle with buffalo cheese and tomato Basil and tiramisu as well as a beautiful birthday wishes. Staff were very nice and helpful and definitely would recommend to visit. There is a La carte menu which starts from 6pm. And both menu’s have excellent options definitely returning next time I visit Dublin as both the meal, staff and value were all excellent 👌

   Very nice food! Starters & mains are well presented and very filling Garlic pizza bread for dipping after is very tasty!

   Really nice traditional Italian restaurant. Great ambience downstairs in the arched dining room. Service was great and the food was excellent.

   We arrived about 10 minutes early and we were seated without a problem. We had the early bird menu, and it was great! Good choice of starters and mains on the menu.We opted for the 2 course early bird menu. Great selection of drinks also. Service was prompt. Good value for money will definitely be back.
