La Cannelle is a little neighborhood gem! We’ve been for lunch and dinner several times and the food is creative and so very tasty. Service is always attentive and it’s quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Great dining experience in a very casual neighborhood setting. Charred kale is a revelation. The omelette variations with roast potatoes are always impressive. Have not had the burger but it looks incredible.

This was the first time I had lunch at La Cannelle, as I usually have brunch there. It was very good, especially the Mushroom and Swiss sandwich. The only negative I have was that there was some type of charge that my server couldn't even explain, which didn't sit well with me. It wasn't much, but since it couldn't be explained, it seems ridiculous.

The meal and service were wonderful. Our only issue was one woman on the other side of the restaurant who took a call on speakerphone - she spoke softly, but the person on the phone was loud and it was very annoying. I wish the staff would have asked her to turn it down or step outside.

Food was very good, not the ordinary brunch item, more sophisticated and interesting. Service attentive and very friendly. Everybody was positive surprised and welcomed this a bit out of the way establishment. New for us. We definitely will be coming back.

The servers were very, very friendly, one of them told us her whole life story who wasn't even our waitress. The coffee was very strong - too strong for my liking, or it had been sitting a while, as my fiance thought. The crab and egg and the berry pancakes were a hit with my parents, but the mushroom omelette was watery - mushrooms not cooked enough first before putting into eggs - and my eggs were cold and barely cooked, in my benedict. I had a stomachache for two days. The potatoes were overcooked to the point of toughness. The plates were not presented very well, just food on a plate - a little garnish would have done wonders for the presentation. It looked sparse. Seems like they are trying very hard to make a nice space there though, so I hate to be hard on them, especially as it was a holiday (mother's day) and we had a one-thirty reservation so we probably just missed the lunch rush...?

A true hidden gem, which is also BYOB. Finding a restaurant that is Moroccan with a twist in Delaware County is a treat. I have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner there and enjoyed them all. Service is friendly and low key. The owner is always there and is very pleasant.

I visited this location for brunch and dinner. The food is exceptional and reasonably priced. The only thing I have had here that I didn’t enjoy is the coffee. It’s a lovely local spot which delivers on quality and well-prepared food.

Very disappointing meal here. First, one could not carry on a decent conversation given the deafening noise level. There are no soft surfaces in this small space, and it was nearly unbearable. Secondly, the duck "special" contained maybe 5 bites of actual (fat-laden) duck breast. The rest of the dish was inedible baked orange slices, whole baked shallots, and other things that were definitely not duck. Companions' dishes looked overly sauced and uninteresting; will not go back there.

Lovely little spot with friendly wait staff. Busy night and unfortunately two of the entrees we were most interested in were sold out. We enjoyed the puffed pastry caramelized onion tart and hummus with freshly made pita. Delicious coffee at the end of the meal.

Enjoyed our visit to La Cannelle. Moroccan inspired food was very good. Being a BYOB a definite plus. Not expensive, but what good restaurant is today? Wait staff and personnel were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is pretty small, maybe sits 40 people. Can be a bit cramped and noisy, but still a nice experience. I will return.
