Cachapas is the Spanish word for "crumpets" and, "cachapa" is a traditional Venezuelan dish made from corn. They are popular at roadside stands and, can be made like pancakes of fresh corn dough, or wrapped in dry corn leaves and boiled (known as "cachapa de hoja"). La Cachapera is a gastronomical project of 2 young Venezuelan entrepreneurs who, want to show why "cachapa" is the best dish in the world!

La reseña es mala no se si para opentable o la cachapera. Resulta q este restaurante no acepta reservas d open table. Es decir q al llegar me dijeron q mi reserva no servía porq ellos no reservaban por open table. Más bien hicieron lo q pudieron y me ubicaron aunq afuera con dos bebes!!!! Pero al menos tuvieron lanjkcoativa. Entonces no se si el error es d la página d open table por ofrecer un restaurant no afiliado o del restaurant. Por favor confirmen eme porq me han hecho pasar un muy mal rato
