La Bruschetta - Westwood
Warm inviting staff and environment with excellent food and service. Ee are never disappointed
Good food, good service, nice table, good to return
We eat at La Bruschetta very frequently and never have a bad experience; so, when we do, it's
unusual. This was one of the times it was less than what we expected.
Consistently good food. I appreciate that we can hear each other speak at the dining table.
La Bruschetta is a great favorite of mine and I've been going there for years. I've lived for several years in Italy so I know excellent Italian cuisine and La Bruscetta has it ! The wait staff is always very welcoming and accommodating. The ambience is also very classy and it is a lot quieter then most Los Angeles restaurants which I really appreciate. This time their selection of background music seemed a little but that is my only complaint.
Angelo and his staff treated us wonderfully, serving us the best food, and having a restaurant that provides the best ambience. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

We have eaten here over several years. It’s fantastic authentic Italian. Great value, as well.
Meeting friends from out of state
Wonderful place to dine for excellent food, wine, service, etc. One of my very favorite restaurants in the entire city!
We love La Bruschetta. Angelo, the owner, is a beautiful soul...and the food couldn't be better. Our entire party was blown away by the food and the service.
I have been dining at La Bruschetta for over 16 years and have enjoyed each and every meal that
I have eaten. The ambiance is perfect - noise level is moderate so desired conversation is welcome -
so many of the staff members have been there since the day my husband I walked in the door over
16 years ago - and Angelo is absolutely the perfect host.
If you are in the mood for a delicious meal and the perfect atmosphere go to La Bruschetta.
Amazing food and wonderful people. Highly recommend this place.
It is the best in Westwood and competes with the BH standards on equal footing g. Waiters are pros- Angelo the owner is smooth and friendly. The team in the kitchen are super- consistent and always on target.
We were the last diners to leave last Saturday night. We never felt rushed, the service was attentive, but not tooo much! My steak could have been more tender but it was cooked exactly as I asked. The waitress asked if she could replace the steak but I declined...and ate it the next day — cold!
I enjoyed the ambiance of a room full of diners engaged in conversation with great service and delicious food. I will definitely be back.
First time there and we were extremely happy with the food taste and choices. The wait staff was attentive and knowledgeable. Looking forward to going again soon.
The noise level was great for a nice dinner and conversation!
Great restaurant. Owner is wonderful. Food is delicious.
They are living on a very old reputation and the food is very old style cooking and very very overpriced.
Very consistent kitchen. Excellent, every plate, every time.
I wish they had a bar.
Loved it! Great food and service! Close to UCLA. Definitely will go back on my next trip to LA.
We have eaten hear for many years and appreciate all they have to offer. They treat everyone like family and make sue the customer is happy. The food is wonderful.
We had a wonderful evening.
Very comfortable local restaurant with no problem for reservations. Missed having the white fish.
Is it that difficult to get?
Love the place with wonderful service excellent Italian food and wonderful father-son team as managers on site. Was a wonderful place for our anniversary
We met some family members that we hadn’t seen for a while for dinner here. This turned out to be an excellent venue. It’s quiet enough to enjoy conversation and the food was just delicious. They do not have a full bar but that’s ok with us as we’re wine drinkers. Two people had chicken dishes and they can be prepared many ways: Piccata, Milanese, etc. Other main courses our party enjoyed included spaghetti carbonara, rigatoni with meat sauce and lasagna. All excellent. For dessert, two split tiramisu and others had gelato: chocolate, strawberry and blood orange. So tasty and refreshing! I highly recommend La Bruschetta!!
Last night was our third time at the restaurant. And with each visit it just gets better and better! We imagine we are just trying new things that we hadn’t tried before, so in our experience of their incredibly tasty creations keeps expanding!
I had a hard day, so right as we sat down I asked that they make me a fancy espresso drink that they don’t usually make. It was made to perfection. I’m not kidding! Then came the antipasto — Insalata di Barbabietole e Burrata. It was amazing. Our dinners were Parmigiana di Melanzane e Polpette di Carne (me) and Risotto con Gamberoni allo Zafferano (my fiancé). I wanted to eat the entire plate but forced myself to keep half of it so I could enjoy it again today!
We both agree that La Bruchetta just rose to the top of our favorite $$$ restaurants list. And it’s definitely our favorite Italian restaurant in L.A, along with The Factory Kitchen.
Can’t wait to go back!
My wife and I love La Bruscetta. It's a lovely family owned restaurant with a friendly, competent wait staff and the food is a great. If there's a better lasagna in Los Angeles we haven't found it.
This is our go to for a special evening.
This is a great neighborhood venue that has been around decades with the same owner. Very caring. Still locally very popular.
It’ one of our favorites. Welcoming and accommodating and some of the dishes like beans and spinach are like home
Wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The pasta dishes were excellent as well as the salads.
we asked them not to split our order and they did anyhow with a $ 7 service chg. not happy about that
Great food, great service, great ambiance! It's a little more expensive than I would usually choose, but it was a perfect place to celebrate my graduation, and was well worth the price!
We celebrated my sons graduation and it was the best choice! It is true, old school, authentic Italian food. The food was better than good. We felt like we were part of their big Italian family and knew we were eating food that came from the heart.
Great food, good atmosphere.
Service was fantastic, food great. Greeted at the door, very welcoming.
Always good. Service perfect. Great wine selections
Our son will be living down the street for his new summer job and we just wanted some Italian food...searched and voila, we found this great place. Angelo is remarkable and staff so friendly. Food was delicious! It was a great end to a busy day. Valet parking a bonus too. I have a feeling it will be a regular place for him, during his stay and ours when we visit.
Salad was good. My salmon was ok, but not great; didn't have much flavor. Accompanied by uninteresting vegetables. The ice cream was unexceptional.
