La Bruschetta - Westwood
My daughter and I celebrated an early Valentines Day at La Bruschetta. We were welcomed by Angelo the owner. Our meal was delicious. The waiter was attentive and friendly. We look forward to coming back soon.
The experience was fantastic, as always.
Great diiner. Food excellent. Great atmosphere. Enjoyed the wine great rcommendation.
Been going every Friday for 10 years...only place in West Los Angeles where the food is dependably good, the atmosphere is pleasant, you can have a conversation, and the service is truly outstanding. Angelo and his son are wonderful hosts. Waiters are professionals.
Always love our dinners at La Bruschetta. Great neighborhood gem
Our party of three enjoyed a total of two glasses of wine to start the evening off. Two puree of vegetable soup were excellent. The Cacio Pepe pasta was also very good. I had the lasagna which was mediocre as was the bruschetta that they serve to start the evening off. Their bread is good. Our friend seemed to enjoy her appetizer size of mussels. We had one crème brulee that was delicious. The owner is always most hospitable and his son, Robert, did a good job as our waiter. No complaints on the level of service. Cost for the three of us was $137.00 including tip.
The best Italian restaurant I've ever been to. Amazing food, service, and atmosphere.
Warm and feels and tastes like home cooked Italian!
Excellent service and very good food. Thoroughly enjoyable evening.
The food was if slightly better than average quality or a restaurant with such a long history. I expected better frankly.
Love going to La Bruschetta. The food, service and dining experience are all excellent. The owner and staff always make us feel so welcome.
Great restaurant with excellent food, wonderful attentive and knowledgable waiters, very sociable, friendly owner - nice room, quiet - a place you will be very happy you found and you will want to return to again and again
Excellent food but wish they had cocktails. We had to go up the street before dinner since we were early.☹️☹️
This is one of our favorites in LA.
The staff treats you like a close friend. My mother was born in Sicily and I grew up with traditional italian meals. The food at la Bruschetta reminds me of the home cooking of my mother and grandmother. It is fantastic.
We always love it there. Great food, wonderful service, very comfortable and we can hear ourselves talk.
Wonderful little restaurant with tasty Italian cuisine and great atmosphere!
Our favorite go to neighborhood restaurant never dissapoints
Love having such good food so close by!
Authentic Italian food and well trained and lovely staff...owner oversees with a fine Italian eye and flair!
We had a lovely time. Food and service was excellent!
Classic Italian cuisine superbly prepared and presented.
Fabulous place and Robert and his dad make you feel special. Ask for the sauted calamari!!
WE have been coming here for 20 plus years
Always great food and service
Meats veal chicken steak all nice
An outstanding meal and a real find. From the house specialty soup and Caesar salad to dessert, La Bruschetta never faltered and delivered a memorable pre-theater dinner experience. After a nice amuse bouche of bruschetta (what else?), I tried the favorably-reviewed puréed vegetable soup. Excellent, with just a whisper of pesto. Caesar salad was perfect. The bucatini alla Carbonara was delicious, using guanciale as the meat accent in place of prosciutto. Risotto with chicken sausage and sun dried tomatoes was scrumptious, with the Arborio rice done just right. Large glasses of a reasonably-priced Montepulciano complemented the entrees.
A fresh grind of Italian roast coffee, a wonderful tiramisu and a very satisfying créme brûlée topped off a flawless dinner. Service was attentive, but never intrusive. I am reasonably demanding as a patron, but this is a special restaurant.
Food is wonderful and so is the service. Best Branzino in town.
We had a very simple dinner after a movie, just one course each and we both enjoyed our food (pasta). My Lasagna was very delicious. We had been recently with friends and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, even when the restaurant was full. We will return!!
Consistently delicious food and warm, friendly, attentive service made for a wonderful dining experience.
Very good service and delicious food. Food was out fast but not rushed. Nice wine to choose from. The fish specials were fresh.
Some of the best Italian food I've had in Los Angeles. Authentic, delicious, and the service is second-to-none.
I very much enjoyed the Sicilian calamari. The burrata was creamy truffle goodness and the barrimundi crispy skinned and perfectly cooked. Really a treat. I will go back
Delicious meal . We love it there . The staff is wonderful and the food is excellent.
The menu looks intriguing, but the food is only ok. For such exorbitant prices, I had expected more.
Angelo is a wonderful host and the food was very delicious...only complaint is that the bread basket needs serious improvement!!!
What a wonderful find! The service is excellent and the food is authentic Italian. I recommend it highly!
Good food, nice people and great service.
I had a fantastic Risotto and the wine was awesome.
Great service, fine food, warm atmosphere....what else could one ask for?
For a few decades it is always consistently good
Wines at fair prices
You will be very happy
