The food and ambience is always up to par and Pisco sour can’t be beat. Our waitress was very efficient and polite.
The food is always delicious... we love going there!
Love the food!!!
The hip vibe here was as advertised. Good music, albeit a little loud. Our table for two was very wobbly. The service was okay, but not great. We had the brussel sprouts as an appetizer, and both had roasted half chicken as entree. Chicken was tasty, but not sure it's worth the $18 price. The black beans and rice were, well, black beans and rice. And chimichurri asparagus was just roasted asparagus. Best thing on the table was the side salad and phenomenal dressing. Overall, okay. I would recommend La Brasa an interesting dinner option. But there are far better places in the metro for a $100 meal for two.
Excellent food and atmosphere.
Reservation at 5:15 was a perfect time, didn't get busy and louder until closer to us leaving at about 7pm. Service was amazing, young man who took care of us was so great....I don't recall his name! I love to ask what they suggest and he suggested the trio meat dish with two sides...said broccolini was amazing and it was! Sea bass wasn't anything I'd had before but my husband and I shared this dish and it was fantastic!! Only complaint was 4 drinks and sharing the entree our bill with a generous tip was over $200 but worth it for Valentine's Day dinner...expensive for a regular Friday night! Highly recommend!!
I really would like for someone to contact me because I have been to la brasa on several occasions an the service an food was wonderful but this time when it really counted it was the worst service I have ever came in contact with. I bragged to friends an family about how great the restaurant was but this time it was further from the truth. We kept asking for drinks some people never received them food took hours to come out I asked for our cake 4 times because since everything else was so slow we were pressing for time. I really felt like we were forgot about cause no one was coming to check on my party. Once the cake came out we got Togo containers and asked for checks we distinguished what went on each check an they had to be corrected multiple times. Our server yelled at us and while we were still in the back then another server came back there and we were asked why we were still there we explained we had been told to wait there an had been waiting on tickets for over 30 minutes. At that point we went to the front where the cash register was an was being yelled at saying we were in the way mind you this is where they told us to come an we were a party of 18. The terrible service and the yelling was completely uncalled for and the fact that we talked with the manager because tickets were not right after about the 6th time an was basically told to email later how is me paying an the rest of my party paying for their incorrect tickets a solution then we watch a man say hey my ticket is incorrect an the server says hey man don’t worry about it this is on the house. How does this work I brought in a lot of business that night an there was not even a resolution to my ticket an it was my birthday party it messed my night up an the fact that I left there really late I missed my next appointment and lost money at an establishment that I had rented for the night because I was not there on time my BIRTHDAY was ruined.
The food was amazing! The service was a bit slow. We waited a good 20 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. But the food... the food was outstanding.
Amazinggggggg food. Great atmosphere. Only thing that needs work is that the server we had needed more educated on what she served us. We spent over $200 on a family meal
For 4 which was amazing as usual. However our server brought the 6-7 sauce options included and she really had no idea what any of them were.
Overall this place is amazing. Our 2nd time there and the chicken and steak cooking and flavoring is one of the best if not the best in the state.
Our waiter was super slow however all the other ones seemed very quick so don’t hold it against the restaurant. Food and everything else was spot on and amazing!
Had the best time. Service was fantastic and the food was superb
Good food good times
It was a really cool place to eat and he Seabass was extraordinary! I will be going back.
Food was great. Service was great. Atmosphere was great. 10/10 experience
Very cool decor, great service and delicious food! We did the Wednesday $45 special, 2 entrees and a bottle of wine. We’ll be back for sure!!
We order ceviche mixto it was the worst I ever had it didn’t even taste like lime or salt it was just raw fish it was nasty.
We had a great time. Food and service were fantastic.
Probably one of the best restaurants in OKC. It was quiet when we went there but started to get a little crowdy. Great job in maintaining the cleanliness and necessary distancing during the pandemic. We had the loaded nachos and chicken la Brasa - both were delicious. The perfect way to celebrate our anniversary. Our server Lexi was very courteous. The service was well-timed and friendly.
The last 2 times I have been there, with reservations, I have been given the worst tables in the restaurant. Also the Lomo Saltado has not been consistent. Prior to the last two times that dish has been great but the lack of consistency is making me question returning.
Ordered the chicken but it wasn't fully cooked (pink inside). We asked the waitress if this was normal. She checked with the chef and he said it was. We didn't eat it, but took it home instead. When we reheated it, the pink was gone. Hmmm. Also ordered the ribeye at $33. When received, it was the width of my pinky. There are much better steaks in the OKC area for that price. Biggest concern was the lack of social distancing between customers. No spacing between tables. Seems to me that La Brasa is more concerned about profits than they are about food quality, portion size, and customer safety. On the flip side, our waitress (Lexi) was outstanding and very pleasant. Props to her.
The service was terribly slow, and they turned the music off so it was dead silent. Food was not too bad, just took 2.5 hours to have 2 drinks and dinner
I love this place it is one of my very favorites, the food is amazing.
Best restaurant scenery in Oklahoma, Miami Vibe! Wednesday nights they have an awesome special
The decor is very eclectic, the food is varied and interesting and the service is fantastic. Our biggest issue was that after 7:30, the music was turned way up and it became difficult to talk.
Overall, AMAZING experience! Will be back.
The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. We arrived a little early for our reservation, but were seated immediately. We had the chicken tamale and tuna ceviche, both were outstanding. Can't wait to go back and try a new dish.
Always a fantastic meal. If you have never eaten here you are missing out. Great seasonal cocktails and consistently the best food in OKC.
Food was delicious but service was par at best. Slow to refill drinks and cash out. Will be back to give it another try, perhaps server was having a rough night?!
Lexi was very good. She was attentive but not overly so. We will definitely return.
The first of many Christmas Eve dinners my daughter and I will spend at la brasa . We had a wonderful time and the food and the service were wonderful. In a time of uncertainty and strange and sometimes scary ways of doing things , it was refreshing to celebrate freely and see others doing the same . It was like stepping into a whole different world .
Thank you to James Vu and staff for creating a place where Christmas still exists .
5 stars to the food , drinks , and service!
We will be returning.
Our sever, Jujuan, was absolutely amazing and attentive. Showed me all the rooms for future venues. Love this place. The food i highly recommend. Going back there for my birthday party. Hopefully Jujuan is there.
It was the same wonderful experience, exceptional service, and superior food we have come to expect. Quinn was a pleasure!
Very Rhode Island Nylo vibe. Not like an Oklahoma place. It was nice to be somewhere and feel like I was on vacation.
The table setup is unique and comfortable and well spaced for privacy and minimizing contact (thanks, COVID-19). I loved the decor and didn't mind the sometimes risque' hip hop music that was playing, although I wish it hadn't been quite so loud because it made it hard to hear the people I was dining with from time to time. The food was outstanding! We had the brussels sprouts and the chips & queso appetizers and they were both excellent. We had a party of 6 and got the parradilla which is the perfect way to have a little of everything without spending $400. The chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked, and all the flavors balanced well together. We were very underwhelmed by the level of service though, and were especially disappointed to find a 23% gratuity added to our check when it arrived (party of 6). If I hadn't been paying attention, I wouldn't have known that it was included and would have tipped twice. I think that left a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth which was a sour end to an otherwise wonderful meal.
Great food and wine! Service was incredible:)
One of the few restaurants in OKC that consistently checks all the boxes. Eclectic room, delicious cocktails, and crave worthy food. Also, plenty of room to maintain social distancing.
We enjoyed our dinner at LaBrasa. The food quality and quantity were outstanding and the flavors were interesting in the best kind of way. The chicken was a stand out. We also enjoyed the dessert options available. Service was a little slow, but under the 2020 distancing requirements, we understand that the restaurant may not have had a full team at the time we were there, meaning less people to take care of the tables that are available. All in all, our meal was wonderful and we will definitely be back.
Food and service very good. Having to listen to rap is horrible.
We went for my birthday dinner and had a fabulous meal and great service.
Great food, service and atmosphere. We will be back.
