This would have and could have been a 5 star review. Our party of 8 showed up on time for our 7:30 reservation. We were told it would be a 5 minute wait & that we should go to the bar. We chose not to. After another 10 minutes the hostess apologized but said things were running behind schedule due to the rain. After another 5 minutes went by, we sought out the manager and asked if he would want to buy our party drinks since we had been waiting so long. He very rudely said NO and basically gave us the impression that we could leave if we didn't like it. At 8 pm on a Saturday night, it would have been nearly impossible to go somewhere else with such a large group so we stayed. Our table was ready shortly thereafter...the service was quite slow (we didn't get our appetizers till nearly 9 PM) but everything was delicious and our servers were all very sweet. I'm not sure what was going on...they did send a small bottle of sparking wine to us after coffee - a much appreciated touch, but a smile and acknowledgement at the beginning of the evening would have been so much better!

The waitstaff were very professional and welcoming …lots of checking in on us as we dined but not intrusive. The owner/manager checked in on us and did a great job pairing wines to the food that we were having. We sampled many of the different dishes and found them all to be delicious. The vibe was very friendly and comfortable with many neighborhood friends and families dining out. The dining area was attractive and valet parking was a plus. We did think that the TVs by the bar (sound turned off but football and soccer games on) detracted from the overall experience. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend

The new owner, Tony has an amazing vision and the experience to make it happen! I had the grilled calamari appetizer and Chilean Sea Bass. The calamari was perfectly simply grilled with salt and olive oil. CSB was buttery and lush. We also enjoyed a nice Brunello and prosciutto and parmagiano regiano. Our dining experience at La Botte was as wonderful as it always has been. The new owner, Tony, is friendly and welcoming. The staff at La Botte are always accommodating and kind. The food was molto delizioso! We will be returning soon.

Our plates were being collected while one of us was still finishing the main course. The dinner check was placed on our table even of we had not asked for it yet. Server was overreaching from my side while serving food to the one next to me. The same thing happened to the one in front of me. Servers’s service protocols need to be refined and polished.

Food outstanding! Service, nah! However, they force me to give 20% gratitude. I didn't like that at all, their excuse: the table had more than 10 people; nonetheless, the service wasn't that great. I hope, it was just a one-time thing and it doesn't happen to all other clients.

The atmosphere (inside) was quite welcoming and warm. Upon entering, we were shown to our table, and Diego greeted us with a warm smile and welcome. His attention to detail was exemplary. The food was well prepared. I had the home made ravioli and my husband had the osso bucco. Both were delicious. A nice touch was the limoncello served after dinner. Dessert was offered but since portions were generous, there was no room left. The cappuccino offered as generous in size and wonderfully hot upon serving. We have been here before and will continue to visit this restaurant.

Excellent food. Calamari was very good and NY Steak was perfectly cooked. The waiter was friendly and had suggestions for us. All of the staff was attentive to all the tables. We will be returning. Thank you for a great time.

Had dinner with colleagues. Everyone liked their entrees and in my opinion, they served one of the best tiramisu’s I have ever eaten. Noise level was not too high so we could actually have a conversation but I imagine it gets a little loud when the restaurant is fully packed. Service was good. Restaurant entrance is slightly hidden by scaffolding.

All 6 of us enjoyed our experience and food. Thet get extra points for the bread quality, tapenade, lemoncello and clean bathroom. The only hiccup was finding where to park. Now we know we can park for free in the parking garage at Seasons.
