As always, the food is great. Our server was fine, we’ve had better service but no real complaints. The bread was stale that was brought to us. We ordered $100 worth of drinks but wanted to charge us for a second loaf of bread. We felt a little rushed. We will always be back, but one of our least favorite experiences at the restaurant.

This was my second visit to this restaurant. The food and service were excellent. I especially appreciated our waiter’s knowledge of gluten allergies. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Louisville.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant. They have decorated it to feel as though you are actually in Cuba. Many of the staff are from Cuba as well. The food is outstanding as well as the service. The cocktail list is exclusively Cuban. Located in a hip and popular area of Louisville - NuLu. We will be back!

The place was festive and very busy! Just the vibe we were looking for. We had reservations but because we didn’t want to be seated because our friends dining with us were literally walking up the outside steps, they gave our table to someone else. Took another 15 minutes to get seated. Then it took10 minutes to get greeted at the table to even get water and order drinks. Then it took 15 minutes to get drinks and 20+ to get one appetizer. After that things went smoother. Everything was delicious and excellent except for the churacha steak. It was tough and fatty and difficult to even cut. Seasoning was ok, but if you have to spit it out it really doesn’t matter does it. We would have sent it back, but everybody else was enjoying their food and we didn’t want to ruin the evening. I really love this restaurant and this was the first time it didn’t quite meet my expectations.
