Merci pour ce super repas, tout a été délicieux. On a adoré la nouvelle carte du Chef Simon Fortin et de son équipe. Les calmars, les foccacia et les arancinis m’ont beaucoup plu. La tajine de poulet et la soupe marocaine sont très réconfortantes. Le service de Mélanie est toujours au top et très attentionné. On a déjà hâte de revenir dans la belle région de Charlevoix pour manger ici. Merci à toute l’équipe du Manoir Richelieu pour ce beau séjour! A bientôt!

Le serveur nous a donné un service de première qualité. Par contre le manque de personnel aux cuisines nous a occasionné un délai d'attente bien au delà de la normale soit 1 h 30 min

La nourriture était excellente, mais j'ai pratiquement eu le temps de boire ma bouteille de vin avant d'avoir le repas principal. Énorme attente entre la commande et la réception de la nourriture, inconcevable pour ce type de restaurant

We waited for 1h40 minutes for our plates. When we received them, it wasn’t up to the standards, especially for the price. It was the same quality we would have had if we went to a pub, but with prices similar to high-end quality restaurant. Very disappointed.

Un seul problème a eu une influence sur tout le repas: la bouteille de vin blanc que nous avons commandé était à la température de la pièce. Le temps qu’elle soit refroidie à une température adéquate, nous avions le tiers de notre plat principal de consommé, donc notre appréciation de notre repas reflète notre déception.

While the views are beautiful, for a hotel of this caliber, the food should be better. Our “salad” was not a salad at all (barely any arugula, large bricks of fried eggplant); the mains were oversized and over-priced. It feels a bit like you’re in a cafeteria. No wine was under $70/bottle. Would not recommend.

The quality of food for a restaurant of Fairmount was not good, pizza was burn and tomato sauce was "acid", the salad wasn't fresh. The service was very good, very polite and smiling both the server and Maitre D.

Nous avons pris une salade en entrée et un plat à partager bœuf et crevettes servis avec des pomme de terre ansis qu’une salade froide Nous avons été très bien servis et le repas très bon le dessert on a pris une crème brûlée au citron Et ma douce moitiée une torta. En résumé une belle soirée en agréable compagnie dans une atmosphère divine merci le personnel du Bellerive

Comparativement aux autres restaurants dans les Fairmont celui du Bellerive était le plus décevant . Nourriture juste correct rien d’exceptionnel. Seulement 3 vins rouges sur la carte des vins . Je m’attendais à beaucoup plus

After having a 250$ dinner, my wife and I had to pay an extra 3.50$ each for a second cup of coffee. Cheap! Slow and very poor service : half an hour between the soup and the main course which, by the way, was almost cold! (No spoon for the soup, had to wait 5 minutes)

J’ai bien aimé le potage qui était excellent mais la pizza en plat principal n’était pas à la hauteur du prix. La sauce à pizza trop abondante et très acide. Malheureusement j’ai mangé 2 pointes et je n’ai pas rapporté le reste. Sinon très bon service et belle ambiance.

We had an 8 pm reservation. We were kept waiting 30 minutes. People without reservations were seated before us. Host was unapologetic. Waited 20 minutes for drinks. Should have been on the house. Lack of staff. Hostess herself took our drink and meal order. Only saving grace was excellent quality of the food. Only downer in our stay.

Assiette a partagé pas tellement fournie pour le prix. Par contre le goût était excellent. La carte des vins sur le menu régulier n'est pas digne d'un menu. Et j'ai reçu un Martini dans un verre quelquonque fermée. A 22$ le cocktail je m'attend a ce qu'il soit danse bon verre. Staff très polie et serviable
