Table was way too small for a table of 8, they refused to move us. We had a small sofa as part of the seating, but it was so uncomfortable. We had two young toddlers with us. Then they told us that they were lacking chefs and it would be over an hour until food would arrive. We left and gave our money to another local restaurant.

Made a reservation for 7:00 last Saturday night, got there at 6:55.. we sat at a booth & the waitress came to take our order. She told us without me asking that it was going to take 30 min for our dishes soWe ordered chicken wings for starters and got them after 1 hr of waiting only because I asked again.. after having sat there for 1-1/2 hrs the waitress tells us she’s very sorry but was not sure how much more we would have to wait for our dishes..! We got up & left- they didn’t charge the chicken wings & compensated us with 2 $50 dollar gift cards which obviously I’m not interested in going back at such a place.. not sure what issues they had internally but definitely not worth the try..

Our experience at La Belle was good overall until the kitchen closed at 9 PM with absolutely no warning. Unfortunately, this meant we weren’t able to order dessert for a birthday celebration, which was disappointing. A simple heads-up from the staff would have made a big difference. Otherwise, the service and food were enjoyable.

Tout etais ok mais nous avons dit au serveur qui fessais quand même froid dans le resto alors nous avons appris par le Serveur que le chauffage ne fonctionnais pas de la journée, alors nous avons manger au froid avec nos manteau sur le dos … tout étais déjà commandé Ont aurai pus nous avertir avant meme de nous attribuer une table !!

Overall a huge disappointment and although I love the good intention behind the $uck Cancer campaign the pink bread was stale and not appealing or appetizing at all. Burgers were overcooked. Mac and cheese had zero flavour Grilled cheese and tomato soup were served cold. Waiters were busy and couldn’t be bothered. If you want a burger go to Jukebox or Notre Dame De Boeuf de Grace.

We go for my son'sbirthdayeveryyear. Food was ok, the quality was better a year ago. Nachos were very salty and the burgers we not tasty as in the padt. Service was good but they had an issue with the bathrooms and the smell was horrible. No note on the doors apologizing for the smell not even an explanation. Overall good experience. May return next year.

This was not a good experience. The service was significantly lacking. It took so long to get any service, appetizer came out before we got our drinks, coffee was forgotten twice, we cancelled it, had to run around the restaurant to find our waitress to get the bill.
