We had a very pleasant meal, and were made to feel welcome by the staff, who all were very friendly. The food was excellent, very high quality, and the kitchen catered well for my wife's allergies.

A good dining experience, fine food in a pleasant atmosphere. Relatively expensive but entirely acceptable given the circumstances, a smart hotel on an airport site. My crab starter was innovative and tasty, my hake main was simply lovely, I rarely “do” desserts. The coffee was good.

Quiet, intimate and quite relaxing. Excellent service and tasty cuisine. Will definitely be back.

Just shading this to 4.5 stars overall in effect, since some of the impressive complexity of the pre-pandemic Belle Epoque’s best dishes seemed absent. No doubt this is because of post-pandemic staffing pressure and so is quite excusable. By any normal standards this is still superb cooking with beautifully defined flavours. And it was wonderful to be back here after nearly three years. Particularly enjoyed the pea & marigold pasta. Also, the bill was a pleasant surprise, especially with the quality of the wines by the glass. I look forward to seeing how things evolve here on the several occasions a year when I stay at the hotel before flights.

A superb choice, if you wish to be pampered. A relaxed level of attentive service. The restaurant, food and service makes one forget this is a busy airport hotel. Thank you.
