Everything we ordered was perfect. It’s a very chill spot and all the staff was very nice. Can’t wait to go back. Both the Italian side and the Argentinian side of the menu is amazing.

This was our third visit, and it is always our favorite restaurant in the neighborhood. Great service, broad menu, with outstanding homemade pasta’s, perfectly cooked steaks, and a wonderful wine list by the bottle and by the glass. Will be back. Often.

Tiny, cozy restaurant. Perfect for a date or special occasion. Food is pricy but delicious. Or grab a seat at the bar and have a glass of wine and empanadas. Highly recommend the chickpea appetizers! Pasta specials are always a good choice.

Food and service were wonderful. We started with cocktails and ordered the octopus appetizer. Unfortunately getting the appetizer was delayed so our main course arrived within only minutes afterward but the food was on point. The octopus was beautifully prepared and tasted even better. We shared a whole Bronzino that was accompanied by a very yummy salad with marinated mushrooms as well as some yummy crispy potatoes. For dessert we had the dulce de leche crepes and espresso martinis. Neither disappointed. This was our 4th visit and we’re again highly impressed. Only complaint is the hightop seating, standard seating was unavailable that evening. It is more like sitting at a bar top, sitting side by side and the table depth is small. Dinner for 2 was one appetizer, one main, one dessert, all more than shareable with 2 rounds of cocktails and 2 glasses of wine was about $225 before tip. A bit pricey but top quality.

Great overall, however there seems to be a glitch in making a reservation through open table. I booked a reservation for 7:30 with open table, however when we arrived the restaurant had us down for 7:15 and we almost lost our table. I am grateful that they were able to resolve the issue for us, however I could see this as being a big issue for some restaurants as they usually only allow a 15min for arrival before the table is given away.

Has a lovely meal to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Service was fantastic and the food was the best I’ve had in a long time. I’m glad we got the steak platter for two so we could try more. We asked for more chimichurri and it was divine. I’m really appreciative of them making up some fresh mocktails since we don’t drink! So good!!

Excellent ambiance and service, good menu. If you’re looking for good vibes, good drinks, and a friendly staff, La Barrita has that covered. The food was great—at my table, the empanadas were a big hit. I thought for sure chicken would be our favorite, but don’t miss out on the spinach empanada. Delicious!

Good restaurant for sure! Must have the empanadas! I had the Ojo de Bife. Wife had gnocchi which she really liked. Highly recommend. Small restaurant so there is the potential for the nearby table to hear your conversation.

We absolutely loved our dinner here! We’ve had La Barrita on our list of restaurants to try and we finally booked a date night. The ham, cheese, and onion empanadas were fresh and delicious, bread comes with chimichurri to dip, the ravioles verdes were big, stuffed, and soo yummy. The star dish of the night was the risotto con langostino (shrimp) - it was a big dish that was so creamy and savory. Every bite was delicious.

Fabulous choice for a special occasion. The food was exquisite, every bite a treat. The wine list was as we hoped - a delightful array of choices from Argentina and Spain. Service was outstanding from the warm welcome to delightful conversation on what makes Argentinian food so delicious.

Delicious meal from start to finish! Something to note is that we made a reservation for 3 but were seated side by side at a window counter, not at a table. It ended up being no problem but definitely something to keep in mind for certain groups.

We had a 545 reservation and at 743 we had an employee tell us there was another reservation and we needed to leave. I understand that it says this when making a reservation, but there were so many open tables and kicking us out just seemed unnecessary. We spent over $200 on the two of us, and were planning on moving to the bar for another drink until this happened. We took our business elsewhere. It was also both of our birthdays, in which we noted in our reservation (that required a credit card), but it was not acknowledged.
