   Eramos solo 2 mesas en todo el restaurante. Desolado con ambiente triste. La comida bien, nada espectacular. Buen servicio.

   We arrived at La Artesanal right at the time of the reservation and were promptly seated, from then on the service went quickly downhill. We ordered several plates to share, they were served, but tortillas took another 15 minutes to arrive, so it was wither cold dishes, or no tortilla with our dishes. Drinks took forever, we actually cancelled the a bottle of win because after 20 minutes it still did not arrive. Food was ok, some of the cuts were good, the last dish though, even though some at our table mentioned "no red" came as if it was grilled from the freezer as it was perfect on the outside, but completely red in the center. I like mine medium rare (even though we requested no red for the table) and the center was too red for me. It is a pity since the place is nice and the food, while not the best, still a fairly good value, but service was exceptionally bad.

   El servicio en el restaurante es bastante bueno, el personal siempre atento y listo a servir. La comida en general es buena, aunque los precios de los cortes de carne son muy altos, considerando que el corte es bastante malo. Yo pedí un Rib Eye, el cual tenia excesiva cantidad de grasa, y el sazón que le dieron era nulo. Eso si, la suavidad de la carne era bastante buena. Al igual que el Mostachon de Guayaba, para mi que soy un apasionado de la guayaba, el sabor era bastante insípido. Sin embargo, el resto de mis acompañante disfrutaron y calificaron muy bien sus platillos (gaoneras, tortar, camarones, etc).

   El menú Se me hizo muy bueno Muy variado La calidad de los alimentos Bueno La presentacion de los platillos Exelente La Atención fue buena Pero con falta de conocimiento de servicio Se tardaban muchos en platillos y en atender y limpiar la mesa

   Excelente servicio y excelente sabor . A pesar que nos ubicaron en un lugar que no era lo solicitado . Sería bueno considerar tener un area para Eventos privados, ya que esa ocasión tenía al 100 el lugar , y tuvimos que aceptar afuera ( terraza)

   Muy desagradable, no conocen open table y mo aceptan reservaciones por open table me ponian en lista de espera. La Gerente dijo que nunca se habian suscrito y que no tenia idea de que era open table. La host y la gerente muy groseras obviamente no me quede ni puenso regresar
