Beautiful outdoor garden dining space with plenty of plant life and lighting. Our waitress was a delightful server.
I celebrated my birthday there and my guests were really amazed! It was all our first time being there but wont be our last!
The place was not busy and service was extremely slow- we ordered the tuna and salmon tartar and the chips were stale- my boyfriend ordered the chimichurri steak medium rare- it did not have the sauce and was very well done. Will not be returning.
I was reluctant to try this place because of the negative reviews about the service. It was EMPTY on a Saturday night @ 8:00. However, the food was quit good & reasonably priced. The service wasn't the best but it wasn't terrible. However, as there were only 2 other tables occupied in the whole restaurant....it's obvious they would not be able to handle a crowd.
Not close to enough servers for the moderate traffic they had. When we asked for a wine list “we don’t have one, let me see what we have left over from lunch”; that was one red, one rose and no white. Won’t go back.
Yes and no. First of all let me start by saying that the day we went was pouring. We arrived for an 11am brunch reservation at 10:57 and waitstaff kept us locked outside in pouring rain (with another table) until 11:05 even though they saw all 11 people standing outside door soaking. Once we got inside we had to move tables because there were leaks dripping on us. It was brunch and they had no coffee or tea available so we ordered Sauvignon Blanc and they brought us Chardonnay. To top it off the bathroom had no toilet paper. So, all in all, for the cost we were disappointed. That said, I have been here before and on a sunny day it is a beautiful space in a good location for meat packing/highline so I would go again - just know if you do go it may not be a perfect dining experience.
This restaurant is the polar opposite of the I tre merli formerly on West Broadway, and worth avoiding. Service was absent or glacially slow, and the restrooms were apalling (toilet paper all over the floor, a complete mess). We left after our bland appetizers arrived, being told the restaurant was still recovering from brunch at 7:45 p.m.

Do not go here. Worst experience and service for dinner. Horrendous host and waitress. Literally the worst experience my friends and I have ever had. They forgot our order, were rude, ignored us, and served the wrong dish all with a horrible attitude. Never again.
This place sucks so bad. One server and one bar tender knows nothing. Waited 45 min for my one drink. Never go here...
Holes in the table clothes and seats. Waitress never came back after taking our order. The place was run down and understaffed. Food and drinks were mediocre. No plans to return.
This is listed as "brunch" but one needs to understand that this brunch is made for the 20+ year old looking to get black out drunk and dance. The place smells like a bar that had a great night before, and you can't get a hot cup of coffee! Only alcoholic beverages, which if you are doing a birthday party or bridal shower on a Sunday - go for it! For a family Sunday brunch, seek another location
Excellent service to make up for a few small issues like plates getting mixed up, many menu items not being available, etc. Wonderful staff. Cute place to grab a bite in Chelsea, and fun bar to go with it.
Food was amazing. The manager Mary was the best! So sweet and very attentive!
A new restaurant that needs to get itself together.
Although food was good, we were the only ones in the place on a Sat. night. The menu was used from the previous restaurant, and did not have all items available from the original. But we were unaware of this until we ordered something that they did not make.
My meal Chicken Milinase Scallopini with avocado and tomato salad, was a small plastic cup of guacamole, sliced tomato and french fries... not my expectation.

The space is very pretty and the bottomless mimosa brunch was fair for the price. However the service was not only slow, but rude. We were the only table in the restaurant for most of the meal and found ourselves waiting around. Waitress rolled her eyes multiple times. The food was also "meh." Will not be coming back in the future.
Definitely much different from revel. Service was slow (one server during brunch on a Saturday?) and several things were wrong with the order. The mimosas and bellinis tasted like spiked koolaid, just in 2 different colors. At the end they said their credit card machine wasn’t working and we would have to go get cash, and they would reimburse us the ATM fees, how kind!
The ambiance was tired. The service was pleasant but inadequate for the number of tables they were serving. The food was mediocre. I would not recommend going to this restaurant to eat.
Broken tables, cheap glasses and pitchers, cold food, and they attached a 20% auto gratuity to our party of 4 - felt like a scam. Will not be returning!

Brunch at FKA Revel is always a good time....they’ve changed the name but menu is pretty much the same and no decor changes so far. Food is decent typical brunch fare but tasty. A good go to for unlimited brunch with friends with good DJ playing. Was impressed that there was only one server but he was still really attentive!
Restaurant opened 15 minutes late, server was inattentive, and the music varied between loud and non-existent (it was being played through old speakers via bluetooth from someone's phone, so when they went to work in the basement or into the kitchen it would turn off). We ordered a pitcher of sangria (wine with grape juice and something else sweeter than normal), coffee, and a few things including eggs benedict. There was half of an egg shell in the hollandaise sauce. When we were closing out the check, he said he would give us the pitcher of sangria for free if we paid cash. We didn't have any on us and didn't want to mess with getting change for 5 people and it took 20 minutes to get our bill because the staff didn't have Square on their device. When we were signing the check, the server then put us on the check as a group of six and charged us the automatic 20% gratuity (the reservation was for six, but the sixth person had to cancel and we informed them about it before we were seated - 15 minutes after our reservation because they opened late). I used to love this place when it was Revel but with all the great venues in the area, I will not be returning to this establishment.
Very disappointed. On a Saturday night they were out of many of the menus selections. We were the only table except for one other party of 4 and the service was terrible. We were informed at the time we were to pay the bill it was cash only. The ATM available had a 5% service charge in addition to what your bank would charge. At 10:30pm I had to run out to look for an ATM.
Pass this place by. Plenty of other choices in the area.

Amazing best brunch so fun
It took my group over an hour to be served. Once we were served, our food was either cold or incorrect. We sent back our food and got new plates that were cold and still wrong. After all of these issues, they still added a 20 percent gratuity to the bill, even though we only had four people. I would not recommend going here, ever. There are a lot better brunch spots than this.
I never write reviews but feel compelled to tell as many people possible to NEVER go to this establishment for anything beyond a casual drink. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in NYC and I have lived in the city since 2011. The service was horrendous, we waited over 2 hours for our food and when it finally came, only half the table had what they ordered. Everyone was eating from each other's plates out of sheer hunger. We had friends in town fro South Africa and our experience ruined their beautiful Saturday in NYC. I was beyond embarrassed being the one who made the reservation that we wasted 4 hours of our day in such a horrible establishment. The space is beautiful but poor management and a disorganized kitchen ruined anything positive I could have said. One of our guests actually went into the kitchen to find the manager and said there was no one working or cooking anything, yet there were 5 other tables waiting for their food. DO NOT GO.
Hello, the restaurant was CLOSED WHEN WE ARRIVED!!! Who will gave us back the 100$ dollars we paied for 2 taxis, go and back for nothing???

Do not come here. They have a $40 card "minimum" depending on the bartender and they water down their alcohol. I tried the patron, champagne, and Jack Daniels. You can tell they add water to all of it to save money. Disgusting!
Crazily loud profane music at 6:00pm , slow service despite being one of two tables of diners. Food took a long time. Menu was different and smaller than the menu on the website.
This place is one of our staples. It can work for brunch, after work drinks, or a late night dancing and striking up fun conversations. The salmon is great!
I had a great time. Brunch was excellent. Service was great. The indoor/outdoor decor was perfect! I would definitely go back!
The place looked good, but the drinks were wayyyy overpriced and the pasta was bland. Was definitely disappointed after seeing the reviews on line. I wouldn’t go back here.
Came here for my 25th birthday and had the best time! The only thing was when our time was up they rudely told us to get up and move to the bar. Other than that it was a great experince
If I could give less than one star I would; let’s start with arrival for Mother’s Day brunch - asked for coffee and was told their machine was broken! But there might be some left for a cup in the Employée coffee pot! Powering on we ordered coffee from somewhere on Seamless and had it delivered to the restaurant. Next up ordered two main courses as appetizers to share - no issue they came quickly - off to the side we saw our waitress in tears having a meltdown; after a while longer it appeared that she wasn’t coming back for our main course order; finally another waitress came over; we asked for the frittata and were told that their omelette machine broke and while we could have eggs we couldn’t have omelettes (not being in the restaurant business this sounded crazy to me). 1/4 of the menu and again this was brunch were omelettes - so we asked for the manager. Lo and behold our crying waitress claimed to be the manager. We quickly made a new opentable reservation at STK next door, paid and left (with a few other customers in tow). DONT GO!!
I went to I Tre Merli for brunch this past weekend for a birthday celebration. Upon sitting down, we were informed that there were no omelettes or frittatas and they were also only offering one dessert option. The slow service, dirty wine glasses and limited dining options were not impressive.

Everything was amazing : The service, the atmosphere, the music.
Only the food is bad, it was cold and untasty; but we kind of knew we weren’t here for the food anyway.

I came to see Revel- I Tre Merli because I was curious. We are from Genova, Italy, precisely where most of the food choice comes from. It was good fun to try pansoti and ravioli in NYC exactly as good as in my hometown. All considered, thumbs up! Only, at the beginning of dinner there was a loud crowd at the bar that didn't match with the quiet atmosphere of the restaurant. It soon got quieter and it was fine. Oh, I found the lights a little low, but that's only my feeling. Four points deserved.
