It's not clear when you access the QR Code as to whether you pay 1 hour (is this on top of the 1 1/2 free? = 2 1/2 HOURS TOTAL) or whether YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR 2 OR 3 HOURS. CAN YOU GET THE PARKING PEOPLE TO CLARIFY PLEASE?

                                                                                              Booked valentines for this place at 8pm. Parked the car and called to ask where the restaurant was located when we reached address and the hostess said they were not able to serve us because the open table software was down. We drove all the way from Langley to Vancouver … on Valentine’s Day. Had to sit in the car for 1 hour to search for another dinner spot. Honestly really it sucked to have to go through that. I honestly expect some sort of apology from the restaurant because it put me in a tight spot on Valentine’s with my wife.
