    My first several times here were very good , the service was poor and slow and as you have a time limit that’s unfair . The night was cold and we sat outdoors even when there ware tables inside , we asked to move and was told no the tables are booked , when we left the end tables indoors where still empty . The only QUICK service we received is taking the empty dishes . Our time expired before we noticed and so we couldn’t order dessert , my last visits we were told our time limit was close so we could order extra and dessert if wanted . It wasn’t worth the money this time around . Much better options around in Glebe . Why I won’t be back “ butches buffet in Haymarket leaves this place for dead . We were definitely overcharged on drinks and the table seating is difficult to order from the small iPad screen . Thanks

    We booked a table to 8:30 pm the guy told us about the 90min limit and ok. But they didnt say aboutbthe kitchen closes 9:30pm. Okay the system on tablet alerted us 15min before, but after we made all the last orders, nothing came and after 20min waiting they broutgh to us less than 20% of what we ordered with the excuse the kitchen was close when we did the order. We payed a lot to eat nothing, because they take so long time to bring food as well. Definetely not recommended.

    We went with 3 kids just before 5:30pm on a rainy saturday for dinner. The food was very average. One of my kids actually had diarrohea after. The meat cut was very chewy. The ramen was all stuck together and not fresh or tasty at all. In fact the broth was tasteless. I don't rate this place and the only reason I went was due to its 4.8 goggle rating. But I found out its so high because it gives free soft drinks if you give it a 5 star rating. Very disappointed! This is basically false advertising and quite dishonest. Won't be going again!

    This is the first time I came to Kyo yakiniku. Generally, everything is good. If I have to pick something, I'd say put more variety food on the menu.
