Upon arrival you will notice an inviting outdoor dining patio that expresses traditional Grecian elements while maintaining contemporary detail. As you step inside you’ll be transported by the Santorini aesthetic where fresh ingredients hit your senses and human interaction is a refreshing priority.
Kyma’s airy, whitewashed wood design balanced by European stucco, evoke the stylized spirit of the Greek Islands. Generous seating at long white wooden tables are lined with plush, white canvas cushions. More intimate tables also dot the larger dining room. A sleek, oval bar separates the dining room from the lounge area. Here you will have your choice of standing cocktail banquettes, bar and lounge style seating. Best time to go? Monday through Wednesday. The food has always been consistently good here but usually the noise volume affects the evening. Last night was on the quiet side and the food and service were terrific!

Half broken deck cut into my tire pulling in to kymas lot as their valet was telling me I have room when another car was pulling out. That aside, I got lectured my our waiter how I was a poor driver and tried to verbally advise how I should’ve pulled in to a spot when he wasn’t even there. The waiter should’ve stayed doing his job and not ruin my dining experience.

This place is busy on a Saturday night. We made a reservation for 8:30 and got seated a little after 9. They sat us at a table by the DJ and bar around which would really crowded. About 20 mins later they asked if we wanted to move to a less crowded table, so we did. Mind you, we didn’t complain to the staff about our seats. We were appreciative. Drinks were good! I recommend the pomegranate martini. For apps, we enjoyed the zucchini fries and the octopus. Main entrees we just okay. We ordered the Bronzino and lamb chop. Overall the aesthetics were amazing and the drinks and apps were delicious! I would come back and probably have light apps and drinks (7.5/10)

My fiancé and I had not been to Kyma in many years. Our first recent experience had a few miscommunications. We returned for a second try, as friends had such positive experiences, and were very glad that we did. The parking valet was very attentive and put cones to avoid any dings on my Bentley. We were welcomed at the hostess station. There is good energy. Patrons were festive and obviously enjoying their dinners. That is always a good lead-in to a good dining experience. The general manager, Sammy, was VERY welcoming and available. Service was most attentive, never intrusive. Certainly a strong manager and good training evident. The waiter was well acquainted with offerings on the menu and was helpful with our selections. We started with an assortment of excellent spreads and a salad. Both of our entree’s were fish, simply prepared to accentuate the freshness of the fish. We shared a large slice of cake with a light cream and phyllo dough, excellent and a true Mediterranean style dessert. We have been to the top Long Island (and NYC) restaurants and are in a good position to honestly say that Kyma compares favorably to the most highly regarded restaurants in the NYC area. It is an excellent choice for date night, family dinner, or special occasion. There were customers there for all of these occasions and all seemed to be having a great time. We look forward to our next dining experience there in the near future.

Celebrating my birthday brunch here was nothing short of amazing! Sammy and Noor (sadly I can’t remember the spelling of his name, but he looks like Javier Bardem 😍) were so attentive and friendly just like the rest of the staff here. My friends and I had the best time. The music was fantastic and the food even better. Vibes were 11/10. Planning our next brunch here asap.
