                                                                                                          5 out of 5! Experience the unexpected! Arriving you are greeted by the friendly staff, taking your coat. And then they take you for a treat, a real treat; We decided for the 5-course experience meal with accompanying wines. And that’s exactly what it was: an experience. Perfect food, capable and service minded staff and wines lifting each dish one level above the food. KYBA is for sure keeping it’s quality at the same very high level as when we visited the first time only 4 days after their grand opening. It is ABSOLUTELY GREAT and worth a visit - and we will be back for sure.

                                                                                                          Ambiente: modern-urban, dennoch sehr gemütlich, da sitzt man gerne Cocktails: interessante Kreationen, sehr stimmig, sehr lecker Essen: es werden aussergewöhnliche Geschmackserlebnisse versprochen, beim Hauptgang ist es sogar gelungen, ansonsten durchaus solider Durchschnitt. Service: hmmmmm…. sagen wir mal so: grundsätzlich sympathisch, dabei leider nicht wirklich professionell. Das ist wohl der allgemeinen Situation im Gastgewerbe geschuldet, trifft aber nicht Erwartung und Anspruch bei dem Betrag, der am Ende auf der Rechnung erscheint. Fazit: guten Freunden würde ich es nur eingeschränkt empfehlen, persönlich würde ich mit einem weiteren Besuch zurückhaltend sein

Allerfeinstes Essen mit absoluten Geschmacksexplosionen und Überraschungen. Und das aus saisonalen Zutaten. Erstklassiges Weinparing dazu. Hut ab und auf jedenfall wieder!

                                                                                                          Anbiete sehr toll, toll eingerichtet. Leider sehr teuer, für kleine Portionen wo nur die Zusammenstellung interessant ist aber nicht zwingend das preisliche rechtfertigt. Bedienung muss noch ein bisschen üben um den Service ins Verhältnis zum Preis zu setzen.
