Have been going there for years. It takes them a while to warm up to you but once you're in, you're in. As the sign says, it is the best dim sum in mid-town. :)

Rude waitstaff. They never checked to see how I was doing or if I needed anything else. I didn't get the Har Gow I ordered and when I flagged down a waitress to let her know that I never got it and to just cancel it from my order, she got a surprised ticked off look on her face and walked off and then proceeded to walk past my table several times without letting me know if she let my original waiter know or if anything had been done to take it off my bill. When I flagged down my waiter and let him know, he just took the ticket and removed it with no apologies. I was also charged for hot tea when I didn't drink any. The spare ribs were decent, the Sui Mai was okay. The rice noodle with shrimp inside was completely tasteless. I used to make these occasionally when my dad owned a Dim Sum restaurant and we seasoned the shrimp. I'm not one of those people that puts Sriracha on everything but when I do start dipping Dim Sum in Sriracha, it's because the Dim Sum I'm eating is tasteless and I need to pep it up somehow. I am an over tipper but the day I ate at this place, I left $17.00 on a $16.39 bill and truthfully, that was more then they deserved! What a waste of a subway ride to eat at this place! Never again.
