   I would call this place a hidden gem. It's a very beautiful versatile space where you can have an intimate dinner, dine on your own, or dine as a group. Dishes were packed full of flavour with lots of umami and accompaning sauces had a lot of thought put to them. You can tell that the chefs are well trained and the staff take their role seriously. It's really good value for money for the portion sizing and great to share. Our favourite dishes was the cabbage roe and the char siu. Its only time that the restaurant will be awarded chefs hats.

   We checked this place randomly and found the good very good. The setting was quiet with a warm atmosphere which was perfect for a date night.

   Fabulous evening! The food was exceptional as was the service. The attention to detail by the staff was amazing. Particularly Richard behind the bar left a lasting impression! Will definitely return as my partner also loved the experience particularly her amazing cocktails!!

   Ordered the $85 pp set. Everything is good. And I got a polaroid for birthday!

   The place instantly transports you to a small Japanese town with the restaurants ambience. The service was impeccable. In fact it’s one of the best out of all the restaurants we have been to in the past 15 years of restaurant hopping. The chopstick choosing was definitely the highlight of the experience. The food potion was on the smaller side for the prize. The taste was great and would have preferred better quantity. The sake was beautiful and the duck was prepared well.

   We have decided to try this restaurant based on reviews and the food and service didn’t disappoint. The food was very well presented and tasty. The only reason I am giving the food 4 stars because we had the large banquet and we felt like it was missing one extra protein dish which could have been added for the price. However, we would come back!

   This is a beautiful ambient restaurant, and particularly good for special occasions. The seating is comfortable and the lighting soft. The temperature can be a little on the cool side. The food and its presentation is impeccable. Delicious and perfectly sized. The cocktails are meticulously made works of art. Service is attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.
