Very Good restaurant. The best indian restaurant in New York City.
Couldn’t have asked for me. Service was perfect and the food was delicious. Will definitely be returning and suggest others do the same.
We had a great time here! The food is absolutely delicious! Some of the best I have had and offered very creative Indian cuisine! The restaurant is beautiful and has a cute outdoor patio as well. We will definitely be going here again sometime very soon!
Best Indian I’ve eaten; my partner said the tanidoori lamb was one of the best bites he had this year. Great meal in a nice setting. Excellent food to share.
The food was delicious. We had the cauliflower and coconut shrimp for appetizers and chicken tikka masala and the lotus blossom dish for entrees. Everything was very good but the portions were very small. They had a great cocktail menu and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. Excellent service, just be prepared for smaller portions!
The food was absolutely delicious. There was not 1 dish that we ordered that we weren’t satisfied with. The decor was very pretty and restful too. It made for a terrific Sunday lunch!
Great food. Especially the plain naan. Loved the quick service. Got to try out something new - Jackfruit Biryani.
The spices were exquisite in the chicken Tikka masala and the lamb vindaloo. The individual spices were distinct yet blended to perfection. The cauliflower appetizer was great. The room is beautiful. Even the bathrooms are beautiful. This place is better than Indian Accent at a small fraction of the cost. Don't waste your money. Come here.
Really impressed by their menu options. Good food, great and polite staff
Great food and service. Good leadership. All dishes were tasty. Okra was the best.
The food was perfect. The decor and ambiance was great. The music was lively and fun. I will definitely be back! The cauliflower appetizer is a must! Also the naan bread with olive oil was something new I’ve never tried and we really liked it.
Duck and samosa were amazing. Service was ok. The guy took my plate away before I had finished, dropped some rice on me when clearing the table. The waiter stated every dish was world class, which I think is naive. Overall, some bits were good, some questionable.
Great food! Awesome host and waiters :) The decor and ambience were great.
Everything about this place is fabulous! The ambience created by the decor and music, the meal, the wine....I will be back to try the “sexy dinner” recommended by the owner/maitre’d !
Awesome food and service would highly recommend. Will be bringing my other friends here. Thanks.
Really quality Indian food. Lovely atmosphere. Would definitely go back.
Great service and fabulous food in a warm, trendy environment with gentle Bollywood tunes in the background. What more can you ask for?
Food is great here at Kurry Qulture.
As always the food was delicious and the service was wonderful and welcoming!
A great place to visit for Sunday Brunch. The food was amazing and so was the ambiance. Music was at the optimum level, not creating any hindrance to the ongoing discussions. Overall a great place to dine.
Owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. My husband and i had lamb dishes that were the best we have ever had. Thank you Kurry
Delicious food, beautiful restaurant, very courteous and excellent service.
we had a great time at this Astoria gem. food and service outstanding. great job!!
An absolute gem in Astoria. I went with my wife for New Years Eve and we were do happy we went. The food was outstanding. Service was incredible and ambiance was fantastic. You must definitely go to experience it.
The restaurant itself has a very intimate feel which is perfect for dates. The food was spectacular very authetic and flavourful. I wish the portions were larger considering the price. Also i wish the food was warmer upon being served. Other than that the staff if very pleasant and attentive. They were kind enough to call me in advance to fair warn me that they were unable to serve alcohol, which was appreciated. I will definitely dine here again and highly recommend this restaurant!
Food was delicious. No alcohol was being served. Was told that I received a call about this, but never did. Wasn't a major deal just disappointing for a celebratory dinner. Service was still very good and food delicious. Although having to order rice or naan to have it with the meal and not be included was slightly annoying when there are other Indian food places nearby with similar quality and better prices.
Kurry Qulture was an enjoyable evening. The decor and service are great. Unfortunately they were waiting for their liquor license to be renewed to we couldn't imbibe. I am a huge Indian cuisine lover. We got a the coconut shrimp as our appetizer and followed that up with lamb vindaloo and lamb rojan gosh. The presentation and the tenderness of the lamb were great and overall is was good. I think ultimately I am just an Indian purist and prefer the authentic cuisine over the vogue style Indian. And of course the price points include that with each entree being $20 each and the rice an additional $3.
Consistently great food and service. Clean overall and very attentive staff.
Alcohol license has expired. Mosquitoes in the open space outside. Food so so. But bread is great.
Been a while since our last visit (we live in Boston). Thrilled to be back. Such delicious plates. Soft, slow-cooked meats, rich, layered sauces, varied veggie dishes. Top quality service and a warm welcome. Fit for a Maharaja!
Very nice food. Great service
Very sophisticated dining. Atmosphere was stunning, food was delicious and staff was friendly and attentive.
Kurry Qulture is nothing short of fantastic. This cuisine is inspiring and is perhaps the most innovative Indian food to be found in our fair city.
Food was superb, owner/ host was gracious and made us feel at home at once and staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the food and his recommendations were spot on. A gem in astoria
Food was very good. Good value. Wine was corked. Seems like wine was not stored at red wine storage temperature. Staff were excellent and service was attentive and courteous. Manager was great and did not make a fuss over us returning the bottle of wine. I would eat here again.
Had the best meal. The only Indian restaurant in North America with a Michelin star. Can't recommend highly enough.
So I would like to start that I'm not the typical review writing person, I eat somewhere, I'll enjoy it and move on, but... this restaurant deserved 10 out of 10 stars, absolutely amazing, I was stunned to hear that they are a Halal restaurant because I don't usually find places that keep their standards that high when it comes to fine dining and the authenticity of Indian cuisine was there. Every bite was a titillating feeling in my taste buds. I felt as if my palate expanded to so many different flavors with every bite I highly recommend everyone to at least try it out once. Thank you
Small family gathering. 3 members had never eaten Indian cuisine. Great service, patience, recommendations & food! Needless to say, this restaurant made 3 women into Indian cuisine lovers! Thank you we will return!
