Food was great service is bad. One of the waitress who was incharge of giving the bill was rude to ask why the tip was so small I quote this was what she said “is the food bad?, why is it only that amount you’re giving for tip” That is inappropriate for customer service whatever the customer gives you should accept it not because the food is bad or anything. It was pressuring on my end to pay more for the tip just because she said that. I did not get her name but her hair was half up and down.

Temperature inside the restaurant was really cold. This made it uncomfortable eating there, and made the food turn cold fast. Meat quality is okay, nothing special. Pretty limited menu for an ayce. Broth selection also limited to only 3 kinds. Not impressed. If you like shared hotpot style, I recommend haidilao instead. Place was also kinda empty. Service was pretty good. No complaints.

Amazing dollar for value AYCE sukiyaki! Very authentic in accordance to traditional Japanese sukiyaki and they have amazing service that is unlike most typical AYCE restaurants. I love coming here regularly and would highly recommend to any of my friends and family. 👍🏼

Going in early to eat helps. 1.5 hrs is more than enough time to eat. The place can get quite busy later on in the evening. Waiters were all friendly and efficient. Good place to try.

Restaurant is pretty small and they made us 5 people sit a 4 people space even though we reserved as 5 people when they could've merged 2 empty tables for us to have extra room. The servers' attitude was nice, but they don't get things done. I had to ask for my drink 4 times before it finally arrived. The meat quality looked fine, but there was a bug on the meat, the egg also had disgusting moss look alike things on it. 2/6 meats were sold out and the appetizers like tempura were all cold even though they're not supposed to be. One of the worst experiences ever.

Not a huge varieties of food, but quality of waygu was pretty decent! The server Charlotte was amazing! Very attentive and brings up food in no time.

They have different kinds of all you can eat.We had the black AYCE.Their wagyu taste really good.We add 19.99 for one of the wagyu and that taste really good.They don’t have much food choice in the menu,they only have beef and pork belly.There is no chicken,no lamb,no seafood.They have mushrooms,fish ball,and have cabbage.There isn’t many other choice.The restaurant doesn’t have any range hood in the restaurant.It made all my clothing smell so strong due to no range hood.
