Food was great! We all enjoyed what we had for brunch. Service was slow but that is because there was 1 waiter for the entire restaurant. He did the best he could and we do not fault him for the slow service.

The food and service were ok, but the music was WAY TOO LOUD, up to a dangerous level of 88 db. We couldn't carry a normal conversation and literally had to flee the restaurant as soon as possible. Overall, it wasn't a good experience

As always, never fail to exceed our expectations. Excellent customer service. The place and ambience is lovely. Love the dimmed lighting there. The food is absolutely delicious and exquisite!!! Kueros has become our favorite restaurant.

Overall experience was flawed by a bad waiter. Our waiter was slow to get to us but got our drink and appetizer order. Once delivered we never saw him again. We would have ordered more but never had a chance.

Although the place has a nice ambiance and the food quality is very good, the management of reservations was inadequate. I had a reservation for 8:30 pm for Valentine's dinner, but we didn't get a table until approximately 9:30 p.m. when we decided to take our dinner at the bar instead. It was a special dinner that had been paid in advance with a reserved time slot, but the experience was far from what it was expected. On top of that, one appetizer was not served (since services are three courses per party, but they instead cut short one appetizer). I do not recommend them for special experiences based on this instance because they are not organized and prepared to manage events like this.
