Ku Noodles in SLS Las Vegas is a true original in Sin City that is both original and has a warm, friendly staff. At Ku Noodles, the surroundings are also hospitable and the menu is unique. Try the ku monk noodle bowl, the dim sum dumplings or the shumai and you’ll immediately appreciate that the food here is truly made with care.
One item that often comes recommended at Ku Noodles is the shaved ice “bowl of cereal” dessert. It tastes exactly like a big bowl of Cap’n Crunch ice cream. So if you're in the area, stop in with friends and family and see why it is such a hit.
Great food and service. Kate, our server is particularly friendly. We love buns and dock and those different noodles.
Not good for vegetarians
I'm always looking for something different and authentic. I had a craving for Chinese food but didn't want to be disappointed, well needless to say we weren't. The dishes were amazing, we had Ku for Two. If your in the area stop in you won't be disappointed with cost and the service was awesome.
I was in Vegas for work and was dining alone that night. I over ordered but I tend to do that anyway because I want a taste of everything. I got the Crispy Bao which is a MUST. Then I got some shumai with were also delicious. For my main, I rodered the Dan Dan Noodles. The noodles themselves were good and chewy and great, but I felt like there was a little too much sauce on them. Overall, I left very satisfied and I'd definitely go back!
Steamed Choy Sum and wok-cooked green beans I could eat every day if I lived in Vegas. Service was good, sadly the restaurant was not very full at 7:30. I've eaten at all of Chef Andres's restaurants in Washington, DC (including minibar) and it was great to taste his take on Asian fair. Kind of a hidden gem.
Great place for high end noodles and soup at a very decent price.
Great cocktails too.
Great food and cocktails. Kate took great care of us!
I was SOO looking forward to my return visit. I had dreams about the Bejing Tomato dish I had on my first visit. This time noodles were clumpy and stuck together and tomato sauce was definitly not as delicious as first time:(
Affordable set lunch menu (drinks not included)
Loved the green tea margarita.
Nicely appointed restaurant with open well lighted décor. Food was outstanding. Worth your time to check out, oh, and the Pork Belly (BAO Bun) sandwich a must, and the Lettuce Cups as well, nice...
The food generally was good. Had higher expectations going in to dinner because we were craving for some Asian noodles and the meal was satisfying but no wow factor.
Exactly what we were looking for on that particular evening. Food was very tasty and came promptly. We had obviously booked but there was plenty of available space so a bit flat atmosphere wise
My husband and I dined here for lunch on a layover in Vegas. We did some research and this place got great reviews -- deservedly so! The food was delicious and not what we expected--in a good way! Ku Noodles features traditional dishes with a modern twist. We chose to sit in front of the open kitchen, which was great to watch our food being prepared. The service was also great. I highly recommend Ku Noodle!
Our lunch was great and it was fun to try dishes we hadn't had before.
The location was easily accessible, food was good, waitress was very nice and attentive. We will definitely go back on our next trip.
I ordered the braised mushrooms with bok choy which were pretty good. But the vegetable noodle bowl was not so great. The broth lacked flavor, and I asked for a hard boiled egg instead of poached, and the egg still had shell on it, which I bit into, and it was very odd in texture. Eggs aren't difficult.
But I was in Vegas and hungry, and my friend hadn't arrived yet, so I was looking for something convenient.
We have been to Ku Noodle several times and it never disappoints us. The menu has been reduced but our favorite choices are still there.
Our waitress Mariah was super, she kept checking on us and we appreciated it.
One of our more disappointing meals on vegas. The food was oily heavy and cold when it came out. The only dish we enjoyed was the pea shoot salad.
We had great service despite other reviews here. Not too busy but noodles were excellent and a nice variety of spices. We were a family of 4 and two kids found things to eat and drink. Would definitely go again.
2nd time to Ku Noodle in six months. the menu changed from my September visit- shortened and not as inventive. cocktails menu also missing the mixologist's flair from my last visit. food was tasty though not exceptional. service was attentive and prompt and much appreciated but really, i had returned for the asian fusion creativity and the great cocktails- both were missing this time around. Don't think I'll be back.
The millennial aged staff had an extremely poor attitude. When making suggestions to just basic interaction was extremely difficult for them. Change the staff, this would be a great place to eat. Just a shame.
the waiters were helpful with the menu. Everything went great. We will return.
You have to open in the daytime. The access to the SLS is easy but in daylight it's easier.
Promote the Maitre'd but keep him on the job. He is a real people person.
Had a party of 6 (2 adults and 4 kids under the age of 6) so of course the tab was auto-grated so our sever was terrible. I would have NEVER tipped her what was auto-grated. Due to my first experience there being so awful I will not be coming back. Plus I ordered 7 items which each item came at different times. I didn't like that at all.
After dining at Bazaar, thought that another restaurant from Jose Andras would have been extra special. Well it was not. Although the food was good it was not what we expected. The restaurant is known as a noodle place, but the dishes were with thin noodles. In addition the menu did not specify from non-spicy dishes. The dim sum were tasty and varied, but the noodle dish was overwhelmingly noodle, with little of the accompanying ingredients. Overall a disappointment for all.
Crispy Bao Bun! Shui Mai Sampler Platter! Taiwainese Ice! All delicious - We hope to come back soon!
The food is excellent! Wish it was open for lunch as well.
I enjoyed the food especially after being advised that locals get 50% off on Sundays. Only complaint would be the noise level in the dining room is quiet loud and it was difficult to converse with my friend across the table. Had to almost shout at her,
The food is not bad but it is way over priced. They want to be a chic foodie spot but miss the mark in a big way. What they have achieved is delivering a cheaply decorated space serving food that is way over priced. The best part of the meal and the only thing I'd suggest ordering is something they call shaved ice.
Great place but the food wasn't impressive, especially the noodles.
Tomato salad not avail for 1 month-- still on the menu.
They should market those rice chips.
This has to be the worst restaurant ever. The food was lousy, very small portions, no flavor whatsoever and very poor quality noodles. I had better noodles, from hole in the wall places. The prices was outrageous and the service, was one of the worst I've ever had. Very slow service... I would not ever, ever recommend this place. I have to be starving to death; for me to eat at this place again. Negative all the way around........
We went for pizza after being there as we were still hungry.
Wonderful new noodle bar at SLS. Limited menu, but best won ton soup and dim sum that I have ever experienced. The one major negative is that all chairs are metal and they are cold. On my third visit I brought an extra jacket just to put on seat; so one jacket on seat bottom and one on back. All good.
Amazing fresh food. Friendly staff. Catherine made my experience that much more amazing because of her I will certainly be back.
Service pretty poor,no pre bus table mantence, service rushed and never saw the server after dishes were served.
Small portions, not well executed dishes, very limited selections, pretty pricy for no reason.
We had both great service and amazing food. The bartender gave us multiple recommendations based on specialties of the house and our preferences. We chose the Watermelon radish salad, Dan Dan Mein, and La Mein Lo Mein to share. We chose the noodle dishes because they were homemade. All of the dishes were amazing. The standout was really the Dan Dan Mein, which I think I am going to have to go back for! The combination of ingredients were well balanced to deliver the perfect combination of noodles, sauce, pork, spice, and crunch. The cocktails were great too!
There was only 1 dish which was pulled noodles. It was overpriced and noisy.
We are big Jose Andre fans so decided to try this new place for a late lunch. The ambiance is very bright & cheery but the layout makes noise amplify (the restaurant was barely half full due to the odd hour & it was very loud inside). The staff is VERY eager to please- so much so, they were overhelpful to the point of annoying like I have never experienced. We had 5 different servers rotate around our table so we were visited, on average, every five minutes to offer another beer, take our plates still-full plates away, offer another beer, ask if we wanted to order another dish, offer another beer, take our still-full plates away, offer another beer...you get the idea. The food was good but not outstanding. We will stick with China Poblano.
Ordered the won ton soup with vegetables. It came in a big bowl but the soup took up only about 3 inches in the bottom. For vegetables I got 2 small sprigs of broccoli. Very disappointed. The server was very good though.
