Eating at this restaurant is usually such a treat. This Mother’s Day the disappoint was beyond underwhelming. The service and food were completely under par. I was embarrassed to have brought my guests to celebrate our Mother.

Have dined there several times for lunch and dinner. Consistency is key. Always great food and service. Last night Rick served our table and was friendly, knowledgeable and checked on us a few times.

Great food. They should tell you in advance that you will pay 4% more if you use a credit card instead of handing you the check and reading at the bottom of the bill that they will discount if you pay cash.

Service was excellent. Drink was okay. Food was good but not memorable. Sides were just some plain rice and some peas. Tables were too close together. It was too cramped and uncomfortable. Would not go back.

Place was packed but everyone was enjoying themselves. Small restaurant and every table full. Staff does a great job as does the kitchen. Management is out and about making sure everything is running smoothly. Food is excellent, worth a visit!

Happy not disestablishment before. No the food is good. Made an online reservation through open table for 8 o’clock. Timeslots were showing they had availability at 88 3845 etc. upon coming into the restaurant there are no tables available. We did at the bar had a drink which is fine however 45 minutes later we were still not seated. Hostess did offer us platter of hummus and pita for waiting. However after 45 minutes and seeing two other people being seated before us we left. Restaurant should not be posting they have available seating on clearly they did not.

Probably never going back. I had a 6:45 reservation. Arrived on time? Hostess said it’ll be a couple minutes. Watched a bunch of couples come after us get seated, finally seated at 7:30. Ordered the special, 4 pieces of shrimp and 4 pieces of scallops for $48!?! The shrimp was ok, the scallops tasted like Ajax (the sink cleaner). Desserts were good. The kicker was that I ordered a virgin mojito, it wasn’t good and they charged $11! $11 for seltzer, sugar, lime juice and a sprig of mint! I get that prices are ridiculous right now but in the last 2 weeks I’ve been to capital grille and Rothmanns and ordered the virgin mojito and they charge $5/3.75 for the same drink except there’s was so much better.

I’m not a person who complains about menu pricing but I don’t like the feeling like I was fooled by the waiter. A simple question what does Branzino comes with, the answer was we can do rise or grilled vegetables. I ordered vegetables and was charged extra $$$. The answer should’ve been “comes without anything”. Also ordered hard liquor drink and was charged $3 extra because I took it straight no ice. Wow!!! One Oz of liquor is 1oz, ice or no ice. Little hidden charges that don’t make any sense turn me away.

The service was very good. We had an attentive server for our table. The food was good and there was a nice separation of time between appetizer and main course. The only thing about the evening was that the tables were very close to each other.

Service was below the standard we expected. Menu listed bronzini under the subcategory “whole fish” but we were served a very small under seasoned portion of fish fillet. We were going to ask the waiter why it was listed as whole fish but he simply never came to check on us. It was my fiancé’s birthday so we would have ordered dessert but by the time we got the bus boys attention to get our waiters attention we knew it was time to leave. I actually went home to look at their website and there is a BEAUTIFUL photo of a whole fish bronzini. That being said the restaurant is beautiful and clean. Bus boy was kind and organized.

Food was excellent. Waiter offered condiments as if it were free and then charged $8 for hummus. When challenged, offered surly explanation rather than satisfactory response. And this was to frequent customers!
