Love this place!
Seafood options for Lent were especially good. Judge and Jury cocktail was outstanding. Service was great as usual. Our favorite place to eat in Powell.
Such a cute place with yummy cinnamon rolls and beignets.
To my surprise, service was terrible and the remainder of brunch was disgusting.
I got eggs Benedict. Eggs were under cooked and one yoke slid to the side of my plate. Inedible. I would have sent it back, however, my friends poached eggs were over hard and were reordered. The cook obviously did not know how to make eggs. Sausage and biscuits were ordered and biscuits were burnt and there was literally no gravy, but an egg on top of the meal. Friend then asked for toast and they tried to charged $4 for their mistake even though they burnt the biscuits. Waitress was oblivious to our 8 person party. Friend had to get up and ask for the check. After more waiting, waitress came over and had to take our orders over again to enter in to the system to provide checks. My order was forgotten as well the first go around. Pork belly was tough. No regard to service. My food came out and looked amazing. Had they had a trained cook on staff the place could have received 4 stars, minus one for the wait staff. Instead, I wish for no one to go in this place, unless you are looking forward to being treated like you are an aggravation and nuisance because you would like served by your server. Also, if you want a side of upset belly the rest of the day as I ate one of the two benedicts that looked cooked enough. Big mistake!!!! Such a let down for our monthly friends gathering.
This was our first time visiting Kraft House and will not be our last. We had brunch there to celebrate my wife and daughter's birthdays and it exceeded my expectations. There was something on the menu for everyone and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend the chicken and waffles for brunch. I can't wait to be able to go back and eat dinner there sometime.
This was our first visit to Kraft House #5 and will be sure to return...likely with friends and family!
Great atmosphere, quaint.....make reservations ..a must!
Lousy service. Food was pretty good.
Frequent visitor. Love the food but the menu could use some new options. Disappointed that I couldn't get my usual "In Blossom" 🤐
Decided to try brunch, and I’m glad we did. The options are great! Portions are a bit small, and the food wasn’t as flavorful as I hoped, but I’ll be back for the service & pancakes! The kitchen needs to work on a few things, but the front of house was great. Can’t wait to come by on a week night this summer!
Great beer. Asian Garlic Smoked Wings were a solid 10. The grilled pork chop was fabulous. All in all an awesome experience.
All was good but our waitress (a teacher from Pickerington) was outstanding and made the evening great.
Had a delicious Valentine’s Day dinner! The poutine fries were amazing! Loved everything!
The food is pretty average for the price you pay. This was our 3rd or 4th visit, and I doubt we’ll be back. They need to improve upon their food quality, if they’re going to continue to charge as much as they do.
Haven’t been there in awhile. Loved the new items on the menu. Excellent all the way around! Will recommend to others.
The Kraft house burger is one of the best burgers I have ever had in town!! We have been coming for quite sometime now. Great place and great atmosphere.
Great time, as always.
Loved our first visit & the pork chops we ordered. This time we had the pot roast which was great, but the skirt steak was tough no matter how I cut it. It was disappointing for a place that has great food.
Great service staff! They took time to help serve a surprise birthday cake. Cocktails were delicious!!
The food, service and the atmosphere were great. Highly recommend!
Nice diner, good cocktails, decent beer menu. Made a reservation for Saturday night which I really didn’t think I would need but glad I did, the place was packed. Service was friendly but we were forgotten about a few times when busy; awkward because the servers are at the end of the bar 6 feet from you texting. Food was good. Simple fair, sandwiches, salads, etc. prepared nicely but it is a causal stop. Will return.
First time to this restaurant. They call themselves a "gastropub" and this is the first place of this nature that is truly a gastropub. The food is inventive, varied, and excellent. I had the Caesar salad and pork chop. Both were tasty. The caesar was unusual with walnuts, tomatoes, and bacon but tasted great. We can't wait to return.
Went here with friends for brunch on Sunday. The food was pretty good. I ordered the Avocado BLT and my husband ordered the pot roast hash (I think). The avocado the fresh and the bacon slabs were very thick. The interior is rustically decorated. Our experience could have been improved if there was a double door to help dampened the cold from the outside and if our server was a little more engaged. Not that they could have helped it, but there were loud, screaming/crying children behind us and there's nothing to buffer the sound. I would say my experience with food and service here is mediocre.
Service was great! Food just mediocre for the price. Very small portions as well.
Everything was great- out of town guests really liked it.
The food was ok, it was lukewarm when it was served to us, along with the coffee. Our waitress never checked back to see how the food was and never offered drink refills until we were done eating. I was excited to try this restaurant, but unfortunately had a sub par experience.
The food was great, service was good, but it is so small in there it’s hard for it not to be drafty when the weather is cold outside.
I really want to post a good review, but our experience fell short in every category. We were in no hurry and aren't the demanding type. The server was nice and helpful, but the speed of service was slow. There were only 3 of us at the table and both rounds of drinks had mistakes with a wrong beer being served each time.
Two of us, with different dishes, had the same opinion of the food. While the presentation was quite nice and it all looked great, the food itself was noticeably bland. Neither one of us could recall the last time we reached for the salt shaker at a restaurant.
Ambience wise, we sat at a high top table in the front and the tables were very close together. A person at a table next to us had to adjust how they were sitting just so one of us could sit down. The server had to move sideways and snake around where there were openings, to get to us. It's a modest space so I understand maximizing the dining area, but one table really needs to be removed.
Very disappointed. We booked a table for 7 for New Years Eve. There was no indication that it would be a pre-fix menu nor how much. So when we arrived it was a surprise to all of us that it was a limited menu and for the hefty price. Half of our party got steak and all of them were cold. Not just like warm but cold. My husband had to send it back TWICE because the first time was cold and the second time the plate was screaming hot but the steak was rare and he had ordered medium well. The manager took 1/2 off of everyone else’s steak and comped my husbands. He really should have comped his whole meal plus 1/2 off. For having a pre-fix menu, the food should have been hot and there should have been no problems. Very unimpressed and disappointed.
New Year’s Eve . Didn’t realize there was a set menu. $60 per person felt high for the amount of food
Always a great experience & one of our favorite casual spots
Great food. Great service. Nothing better than Scottish Salmon. Don’t sit close to door on cold days.
Love our local haunt.
We had a reservation were seated right away , service & drink / food turn around time was perfect for the business level. Everyone enjoyed their meals & cocktails!
I went here over the weekend with a group of six people. The food was delicious, they have a great beer selection, and our server was awesome. We’ll definitely go back!
The atmosphere and service was great. The food was just so-so. The drinks were nummy.
Excellant food. Wonderful atmosphere. Really nice helpful staff. Draft beer is really pricey! Cocktails were bery well made. Unless you always only have one drink, you may want to stick to happy hour!
A lively, fun restaurant with great food, wonderful service. An overall excellent experience!!
Everything was delicious, table of 6. It was the Brunch menu and gave great options for ones that don't like traditional egg type brunches
When I asked about an ingredient I was told that it was "probably " in the dish I was considering. When I elaborated that it was an allergy, the server did go back and check and came back to tell me it was only in a side item and that I could omit it. The dish came out, and the ingredient I had told her I am allergic to was in THREE items that were included in the dish. This was in addition to the side that was left off. I then had to order something else, which arrived about the time my friend finished her plate. They offered me nothing, and even upsold us on additional drinks. If you screw up an order for an ALLERGY, you really should do something to amend the situation.
Loud loud loud!! Food was good, service good but we couldn't hold a normal conversation. We probably won't be back
