Excellent food and service!

This was our first visit and we'll definitely be back. Great food, service, story, and vibe!

My third time here and everything has been delicious !

We went all out - and Kounter did not disappoint. Ordered multiple appetizers, dinners, desserts and drinks - all were amazing. Got to meet the chef and really had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend

Excellent Food, Service, the Restaurant is loud--if noise is an issue, go early or late.

The menu is creative. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We were still talking about it the next day. Definitely going back again soon!

We had a lovely dinner! We started with a spicy shrimp appetizer, which we both enjoyed. My husband had the scallops. I had the meatloaf. Presentation was lovely and food was excellent. We finished off with the chocolate pie. We truly enjoyed our evening and I'm sure we'll be back!

I would certainly go back to see what surprises there are for dinner. Lunch was great and we really enjoyed it. I will make the trip from Charlotte to Rock Hill to go back

Everything was absolutely delicious! So glad Rock Hill now has a more upscale dining option. Service was great & each bite was perfection. 10/10 recommend the smoked tuna poke appetizer and seared scallops/lobster gnocchi entrees. Make sure to save room for dessert also!

We were blown away with our experience at Kounter. One order of scallops, one of shrimp and grits. Presentation was excellent, shrimp and scallops were prepared just right; also had draft beer and fancy drink. Enjoyed Mom's chocolate pie for dessert. This restaurant is not to be missed and e will definitely repeat soon.

Just plain disappointing. Service was terrible, I waited over 10 min for water and my husband never got his. Food was terrible, bland, stale tasting. We will never go back.

Tuna & shrimp were great! We tried several dishes. The cake plate chicken extremely dry and the cake plate burger was huge & said to be good.

Very cool spot w/great ambience, service, location and menu. We all licked our plates clean! My siracha tofu egg brunch dish was very one note, but no complaints from the others. Chocolate-filled croissant was to die for! We'll definitely be back.
