We were really REALLY impressed with Kosmos. It's obvious that effort went into the design of the restaurant. It's bright and nice looking. It has a lot of sound dampening along the ceiling so (unlike most restaurants) it was easy for my wife and I to converse at a normal speaking level. Lovely. Civilized. Our waiter put a lot of effort into everything. The service was a giant step above normal restaurant service. Maybe 2 giant steps. Like a fine dining experience. Timely, informed, quickly returned with answers to my questions (they even make their own pita bread!), dealt with my allergy in a professional way. Perfection. It's obvious that a lot of effort went into the menu and the preparation of the food itself. I generally think of Greek food as comfort food, and our meals did give a sense of home, but the meals were delicious and the flavors extraordinarily well put together. The food is, like the service, a couple giant steps above expectations. The meal sizes were large, so we both left stuffed. Are you sensing a pattern? Effort from everyone there. Kosmos is doing everything right, and trying to impress. We'll be going back.

First time eating at your restaurant , great food . Please next time server should inform the guest that sodas are not free refills .. most of the restaurants are . My son had 3 diets cokes and was charged for it . I love the food and service , it is a need of more communication between server and guest. Thank you .

Excellent food and service. I asked to have my coffee served when dessert arrived. Waiter told me he would watch and take care of. The dessert was delivered and coffee 10 secs later. The coffee was nice and hot!!

One of my favorite restaurants. The owners previously owned another restaurant close to my house which is no longer under their purview (and is now closed)…the food there was awesome and the food at Kosmos is even better. Great menu selection, delicious cocktails, and great service. I highly recommend!! I’d be there more often if it wasn’t 40 minutes away!

Kosmos is a not so well-hidden gem in Walpole. The menu of mains is limited by really excellent and the range of appetizers, etc. enough so that one could order just a bunch of apps and a salad (and a bottle of nice Greek wine) and be really happy. We have visited several times and have never been disappointed.

My husband and I visited Kosmos for the 1st time this weekend for our anniversary. The restaurant, staff and food were all amazing. I believe our server was Joseph. Super helpful and kind. We sampled some of the Greek wines, which were delish, but ultimately went with a Greek beer and signature cocktail as they looked phenomenal. The bread, oil and olive tapenade that they bring to start with was the perfect start. The spanakopita was perfectly flaky and crispy and loaded with flavor. So many things looked and sounded so tempting, but we ultimately went with the Poikilia Kreaton (meat platter for 2) so that we could try a little bit of everything. It did not disappoint! All of the meats were so tender and flavorful. The pitas were soft and warm. The homemade tzatziki spicy whipped feta were the stars. They were great with all the meats, pitas and fries. We will definitely be back! Recommendations: Opa Opa IPA Athena (cocktail) Spanakopita Poikilia Kreaton
