Ashley and Addison were great!! Their service was impeccable and Ashley went above and beyond to make our dining experience wonderful!!
Menu selection was extremely limited for lunch and dinner. The food was better than average but over priced. $6 for coffee! Service wasa very quick and they all remembered your name if you returned.
Our waiter, William was outstanding! He really needs to be mentioned as his service was top notch and truly made our dining experience memorable. Attentive, responsive, and went the extra mile (he knew it was my mom’s birthday celebratory meal from reading the reservation notes) and came back to check on our drinks, meal quality several times throughout the evening. Thank you!
William and Kim were awesome! Great personalities and just made the experience fun. Food was great as well!
I LOVE it here! The food is always excellent, the service is ALL star, and the ambiance is perfect! I’ve had breakfast, lunch, and dinner- there is never a bad meal! This was my 7th stay at The Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse and 12th visit to Ko’sin. Excellent from the first time I walked in! Thank you ❤️
The service was great the menu a was extremely basic should offer more variety
The food was great and our waitress was very friendly and made several helpful suggestions to accommodate food allergies. We will definitely dine here again!
A great experience. Ko'sin is the "cheaper" more relaxed restaurant at Wild Horse Pass. Eating at the fancier Kai restaurant upstairs is fantastic, but Ko'sin provides a very similar experience at a much cheaper price. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The service was fantastic: attentive, helpful, friendly. The atmosphere relaxed and jovial. We were not rushed at any time. The food was fantastic, perfectly prepared and with a gorgeous presentation. Our server, Mark, was great. He described all the dishes and answered our questions. I especially appreciate his recommendation for wine which paired perfectly with my meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Honestly I wouldn’t come back to this restaurant again which is a shame because the hotel is really nice. The service was inadequate. There was one server for the entire restaurant and he seemed to be completely checked out of his job. We ordered our drinks and proceeded to sit there waiting for 10 mins. I had to go flag him down to find out when our drinks would be coming. I could understand if he was busy but there were only a couple other tables and he just keep disappearing into the back. The poor lady who was assisting him was working 10 times harder. The food was just okay, for the price that we paid it was not good value!
Not the fancy menu I remember from days gone by, but still a great meal. Wild Horse Pass is my dad’s favorite resort, this is where I took him for Father’s Day. He’s a burger guy and both he and my husband enjoyed good burgers. My stepmom loved her chicken salad and I though my veggie burger was excellent. The French fries, so delicious, I ate them all! The beet salad I ordered to share with my husband was so large, that it took all 4 of us to polish it off and every last bite of it was amazing! Now, to the staff! My dad has Alzheimer’s Disease and cannot hear well at all. The staff was so patient, helpful and accommodating! When I started asking about the beer selection, our server said she’s less familiar than one of the other servers, so she sent the beer expert over to walk us through our options! But wait, there’s more! After lunch, my stepmom wanted to shop there at the resort, but one of the stores was closed. The sundry store was open and when my husband asked about a shirt in the window, Sally came from behind her register and unlocked the clothing store to find him the size he needed. She then let us go in and shop that store and came back to help us find more sizes we needed. A fantastic Father’s Day all the way around!
The food was excellent and the service exceeded my expectations.
We went to Sheraton Wild Horse Pass for the weekend. We enjoyed William’s attentive and pleasant service both Thursday and Friday nights. We felt that he was very thoughtful and helpful in our menu choices. He also had wished us a happy anniversary, which was special and brought us our favorite dessert.
Peyote also gave us special attention for breakfast and we appreciated the conversation and her amiable in her personality. I hope that both servers are asked for because their attention to detail was incredible.
Thank you, Ko’Sin chefs for wonderful meals. The food was cooked to perfection. We had Waugh Beef Bourbuignon, Salmon, Buffalo Meatloaf and the Spinach, butternut squash salad. It was all very tasty. The meat loaf and Waugh beef were cooked with the heirloom carrots were very tasty also. I was glad my husband shared those.
The food is delicious!! It’s a nice and quiet place. Our server, Ashley was wonderful!
Great time for a small birthday celebration. Although menu limited at this time, we all enjoyed our food, ambiance was excellent, and service impeccable. Thank you!
Servers were masked and adequate space placed between diners. Food was delicious and quite large.
Outstanding service with beautiful patio dining. Dinner meal portions were huge a great value.
We go here for most special ocations. It's such a unique, peaceful property.
Easter brunch was perfect.
Service was great. Very friendly, nice atmosphere. This was an Easter brunch. Unfortunately they really missed on their first course and their second course. The cost was at $55 per person and the food was decent but not good. Maybe the issues were related to covid and how they had to do their brunch. One very positive was that the cook prepared a special meal for our son who has food allergies.
The restaurant was open at limited capacity due to Covid. Overall experience was good.
Chef interpretation of familiar dishes not fully appreciated by me. Grilled salmon was good, but substituted carrots were sauced making them appear almost black. Chicken marsala was dry, mounded 3 pieces high in a watery marsala sauce.
Mark was great as usual. We are making this our regular spot when we want a nice quiet delicious meal.
Great salads. The hummus appetizer was wonderful. My dad thought the soup was too salty. The restaurant setting is hard to beat. My family meets at this restaurant all the time because you can actually have a conversation here without yelling. Great atmosphere!
This is a very good restaurant within a really lovely resort. We have dined here before while staying at this hotel. The menu uses healthy ingredients while offering varied and delicious options, featuring currently popular items.
Service was excellent!
Will certainly return—very impressed in every way.
We were excited to try Ko’sin, but were left a bit disappointed after the experience. Food was so-so...which isn’t saying much for the prices charged. Won’t be rushing back that’s for sure.
Friendly hostess and waiter
I had dinner at the Ko'sin restaurant 3 nights in a row, while staying at the Sheraton hotel. I very much enjoyed the asparagus fries, the chicken & mushrooms and striped bass. The service was consistently very friendly and efficient.
The setting of the hotel is incredible, especially at night. It feels as if you are really on an adventure into the middle of the desert. The place itself is beautiful. Ko'sin's menu was interesting and quite varied considering the small selection. Food was very good with generous proportions. The vegetables were very fresh. Wait staff was friendly, prompt and professional.
The setting was comfortable and pleasant. The cost was very reasonable. Overall we enjoyed the experience very much.
The food was great. Great setting. Best of all, William was a fantastic waiter!
Great place to celebrate! We had a wonderful server, it was a woman but sadly cant remember her name.
Food was good
The service was excellent. The food was good. The atmosphere was intimate as it is a small venue but fairly noisy.
Lovely decorations in resort. Great service and food.
Quiet dining experience, food was really delicious!
Good but not worth $200 for 2. Terrific salad.
Excellent Thanksgiving meal!!
The food was delicious and the ambiance was very calm and relaxing. Very enjoyable experience!
Delightful, serene environment. Excellent service and great food. The property is very evocative of its Native American heritage and the menu draws on Indian and Southwestern spices. A visit is well worth the journey to the resort. We’ll be back for an encore.
