   It was an interesting experience. The broth didn’t have much flavor but everything that went in it was good. The garlic noodles were great! The salmon crudo could have been good but it was a bit chewy, some pieces that is.

   Everything was fabulous, top to bottom. We went with two other couples so we were able to try almost everything on the menu. We honestly enjoyed every single thing we ordered, but notable standouts included the salmon crudo, edamame hummus, the pork belly yakitori, salmon yakitori, lamb lollipops, garlic noodle shared entree, the broccolini, and the bandana pudding desert. The cocktail program was also very solid and the sake drinkers at the table were pleased with the bottle they chose. We will definitely be back to try the shabu!

   Was greeted by Will on entry by Will who immediately made us welcome. We sat at the Shabu bar which I would highly recommend. It’s a great experience and the ingredients were far better than we expected. Went with the Wagyu short rib. Tried the chicken skewer and a few appetizers. All were amazing. Ended with some matcha cheesecake. Most certainly will be coming back as the food, service, and price point all exceeded our expectations. Glad Kosho is here in Nashville. They will surely stick around for some time.

   kosho by Tabu was wonderful , All the food was very good tasteful . It a small cozy dinning experience which we loved . Service was excellent .

   We loved our experience at this new, intimate, downtown restaurant. Especially liked the Wagyu Croquettes and matcha cheesecake! Also enjoyed cocktail #7. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of! Next time, we hope to reserve a spot at the Shabu Bar. We will be back!

   Everything was a 5 star! Vibes, service, food, ambience, & service! We sat at the Shabu Bar and enjoyed the hot pot, which was fabulous- we also order a lot from the main menu and wow! Everything was amazing! We are already planning our next visit back!

   Chef Nick brings a culinary experience you don’t want to miss. Each dish is expertly cultivated to look like a work of art and the art comes to life with all the flavor profiles you will experience that will delight your tastes buds with every bite. Highly recommend and will return.

    I slipped in to Kosho tonight and had a great time! The food was top notch. The lamb lollipops were delicious. The chef had taken the time to wrap the exposed bone for a lot of reasons but this just shows the attention to detail. The drunken enoki mushrooms were killer and the fried chicken or kaarage was on point with the dipping sauce. Luckily another guest gave me a bite of his hamachi and I will have it next time along with numerous other things. Thank you V for the service. I look forward to seeing y’all again. G
