I had the salmon Ceasar salad entree. Yum. I was sitting under a vent. It was very cold in the restaurant, and not sure changing seats would have mattered. Bring a jacket, lol.
We loved the service end the food was great! Def going back!
Great good, service and vibe. I have never been disappointed! Highly recommend!
Good selection. Daily specials. Great pizza. I had seafood pasta special with clams, shrimp and a light lobster sauce. Very good. Good service and selection of beer and wine.
Our server was amazing. Food was awesome. Will go back.
Met friends for lunch, enjoyed lasagna, pizza and a meatball panini. Everyone loved their choices.
We celebrated Fathers Day for/with our 95 year old father, and staff was very accommodating and assistive with him/his frailty. Food was wonderful and to our liking. Wine choices were great. Amelia did a great job of serving us - could not have been more helpful or generous, for which we are grateful. Of course, we’ll be back!
Service very slow. Guess they can’t get help
Food was really good, y’all make the best marinara/gravy. I had a chicken with a lemon butter sauce, chicken was cooked perfectly. Very good service!
Always a good time and great food! Enjoy sitting on the patio.
Very sad - used to be one of our favorites - the appetizers were very good - the dinner was ice cold and the quality was poor. We were told to keep our dirty silverware after apps and salads because silverware was “scarce.” Service was poor as well / we won’t be back
Kornerstone is one of our favorite restaurants in Wilmington.
Service is great and food is always delicious and enjoyable .. The catch is always fresh, the muscles in white wine are one of my husbands favorites and their meatballs and pizza are our grandson’s favorite .. Thank you Julia and staff for a job well done ..
Had the peppers sausage penne was excellent two had this another had shrimps sauce-and penne was great and the little one had pizza all around excellent food service and atmosphere
Had a wonderful fresh grouper with a side of green veggies. Keto all the way!!
First time guests. Enjoyed it so much we came back two days later. Megan and the team were friendly and helpful.
Very good as usual.
Great outdoor dining. Fast and efficient and felt very safe. As usual the food was awesome!
Nice dinner -Sat outside, was unseasonably cold but our waiter was so great and brought a patio heater over. Great night !
Overall wonderful experience for our large group of 10 ladies out for ‘ladies night out’. I had modified our reservation twice due to more people joining; this was accomplished without difficulty by a very receptive and friendly hostess. On the evening of your dinner, our waiter was very responsive and had no difficulty ‘keeping things straight’, including multiple different drink orders, etc. He had a good sense of humor and kept everyone feeling at ease. The appetizers (Bruscetta and fried mozzarella) were delicious and everyone enjoyed their entrees. I ordered the Risotto with salmon and spinach—so good!
Consistently good food and good service
Great food and service
Simply the best in Porters Neck !
We look forward to our next visit !
The food and drinks were meh. We didn’t like the martini with honey and rosemary in it. It tasted like.. imagine drinking your house plant. Like that. The ambience was very nice tho. Beautiful inside and out.
Service was a little slow, but restaurants are juggling staff and this COVID mess so not holding that our dinner. We’ll be back.
Fanatastic as always! One of our favorite go-to places!
My family and I had dinner at Kornerstone Bistro on 3-6-21 at 8:30 PM. We shared appetizers and some had salad and pizza and I had Pasta Bolognese. The food was plentiful and cooked to perfection. Our server was very attentive (sorry I don't remember his name). All staff appeared to be following Covid 19 safety guidelines as well as other guests. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
Italian loveliness. The spaghetti sauce has nutmeg which gives it depth amd makes it more interesting.
Always great food with awesome service!
Decided to go out on the spur of the moment. Can always count on Cornerstone for delicious food and great service. As always they were excellent!
We sat outside on a beautiful day...food was delicious and our server was great (and helped me navigate options with a food allergy).
Great service, food, and outdoor patio! It never disappoints!!!
Went here with a friend while we were visiting my daughter in Wilmington. We didn’t think to get reservations until it was later in the day so we were unable to get into our first choice so we decided to give Kornerstone Bistro a try. Glad we did, I’d come back for sure. Our table was in the worst spot (right at end of hallway to bathrooms and next to windows that were cold), but it was a late reservation so I can kind of understand. The salads were pricey and not included in the price of an entree but we decided we needed the greens and I’m glad we did because they were very good. We both did the build your own. For dinner I had the Valdostano with shrimp and my friend had the Chicken Marsala. Both were great, I’d definitely choose those again. For dessert the bread pudding was perfect. Service was very good, attentive but not hovering. I will definitely be back.
Outstanding ! We celebrated the 56th anniversary of our good friends. Britany, our server did the best job. She was friendly, and engaged us with congratulatory conversation. Cornerstone is our restaurant of choose.
First time visit the day before Valentines Day. We were seated at a table next to the restroom hallway and had people without masks walking by our table the entire meal. The drinks and appetizer were very good, but both of our entrees were over-cooked. I had chicken cordon bleu - the breading was slightly bitter and the chicken was dry because it was left in the oven too long. My wife had lobster mac and cheese which she said was good, but I tasted a piece of lobster and it was tough and chewy - again over-cooked. We finished our meal with a raspberry cake that was very good. They have a nice menu and we may return to give them another chance, but the chef needs to be more aware of the cook times for the various entrees.
The Lobster Bisque was the best I’ve ever had..& I’m a bisque snob. The sausage pizza my friend ordered was really yummy also. We will definitely be back.
Great spot for a date! Food, service and atmosphere were all great.
We had a wonderful server and delicious food. We came in with a reservation since it was Valentine’s weekend. Odd thing was the younger girl who sat us told us to keep in mind they would need our table at 6:30 for another reservation. That was off putting. We asked to be moved to another table since we felt like we might be rushed. Even though we seemed to have plenty of time.
The food was good I’d recommend this place to anyone Can’t wait till it warms up to eat on the patio
Great cocktails! My trout special was outstanding. Unfortunately, my husband's bolognaise was made with tarragon of which he is not fond😔. We will return!
Great experience as usual.
