Sat outdoors. Service was good and food was fresh and delicious. Loved the brussel sprout salad.
Service was slow, food was okay. Made us wait for our dessert and eventually told they misplaced the order after 25 minutes.
While all the food was delicious the first two dishes arrived so cold we had to send them back to be reheated. They made them fresh but it was disappointing to have to send them back. Service was very attentive and food was delicious, once hot
Ruined a special evening; had high expectations and anticipation to dine here. The management here needs to really explore how they deal and approach ALL patrons at their premises. We were treated in a manner that left a bad taste (discriminated). Check your service PLEASE! In short we shall be going for sushi elsewhere! No you were not too busy, No you were not understaffed skipped our booth like we were invisible. We should have left then but we were stupid to still expect service and the meal to be better.
very nice, the food is delicious and personnel is very kind and patient
The restaurant is beautiful! Doesn’t feel as if you are in the middle of a busy area. The food was good, but I guess I expected more. The spicy chicken lettuce wraps, I was expecting more of a DIY experience with the sauces that we can put ourself and more of a butter leaf. What we received was iceberg lettuce filled with chicken. It was lacking in presentation and texture. It was good , wouldn’t order again. The sushi wraps were very chewy, I’ve never had that problem before. It was almost stale.
The service was great, and I would be back to try different items.
It’s very loud there, so if you’re looking for a place for a romantic date, it would be difficult to hear the person across from the table. It’s good for a casual date with your partner, but not for a romantic date where you want to stare into each other’s eyes. It’s hard to hear each other.
Wry slow service!
Great food and atmosphere
Food was amazing. Server was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, not intrusive but communicative. Good was slow. By the time we got sushi course kitchen was closing. Wanted fruit tempora but was told fryers were off so we couldn’t get it. I understand closing at a certain time, but if your slow food production is the reason we are there behind normal closing then you should stay late and ensure we can get what we wanted. It was two hours after we sat and we had two courses. 2 1/2 by the time we tried to get dessert.
We sat outside on a blamy Friday night and enjoyed the live music from the Town Center.
The food is amazing as are the drinks and service. By far, our favorite spot in the Town Center.
The food was amazing, everything we had was great!
lovely service and great food!
Service was friendly, but slow. Food was subpar at best. Strange flow as well — appetizer came out after sushi and then entrees. Would not return.
An Asian Fusion cuisine with Japanese / Korean and Thai-ish flavors,
Menu with a wide variety of attractive dishes and the Sushi rolls were good.
Unfortunately, one would need to wait for about 1 hour after you order them.
Our wait staff was quite friendly and cheerful, and worked hard dealing with a large
number of customers at the time of our visit.
The maitre'd could use more sophistication in her communication skills and in dealing with customers.
Overall, a welcome addition to this popular strip mall.
A beautiful day with great food and good service! What more could anyone want?
We heard so many good things about Kooma & finally got a chance to check it out. Unfortunately, the only thing that we really seemed to enjoy was the cocktails. The food didn’t really wow us. In addition, Some of our appetizers never made it out to us. Our server told us that the kitchen was backed up. However, we believe they were just not put in. Not sure if we will be back.
Friends together for the first time!
Great food selection and excellent service.
This was our first time dining here and it was great. The food was delicious and our server was very attentive. The food was slow in arriving but not a problem in today’s post Covid dining.
Very loud inside the restaurant. Server was very nice.
I absolutely love that they make my sushi as requested. Big props for the chefs.
Great food & drinks! Loved the cherry blossom and lychee martinis.
Very good sushi and an extensive menu. A smidge expensive, however we will be back.
Amazing again!!! Great specialty sushi rolls!!!
The sampler appetizer exceeded my expectations and the staff was extremely friendly.
Delicious food and excellent service
Food was good, but $22-24 for a sushi roll that is not more special then any other "Specialty" sushi roll at other sushi restaurants. We eat out a lot and I honestly dont think I will return anytime soon because of sushi prices. This is only KOP- not NYC
Ask for Megan or CJ they are great! The food is awesome and the service is impeccable. Highly recommend - best sushi around.
Service was great, food was average. Spring rolls were bland, potstickers had an unusual filling, was unable to taste the tuna in the jalapeño poppers, tuna tortillas- one was tasteless, the other had too much mayonnaise, hamachi sashimi was cut too thick and not quite fresh....
need I say more
Absolutely perfection. Waitress was incredible. So much knowledge from sake to food!
Favorite date spot. Everyone and everything is great
We were seated at a terrible table, right next to front door. Every time door open felt major draft.
Wait for food once order was taken was exceptionally longer than expected. Food was fair, photos on OpenTable didn't match what we received in appearance. Taste of sushi was average to below average, especially the spicy tuna roll.
Was a nice experience and food was great! Atmosphere was nice and spacious and service was good!
Mother’s Day. Great food, great drinks and waitress was superb, but it was a little pricey!
Amazing place with a great menu, ambience and first class service. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Ask for CJ when you go for an outstanding dining experience.
It was beautiful inside but unfortunately the Drinks were weak and food was just fair.
Our server was fantastic. The food was some of the best sushi we've ever had. Our sake was delicious, and I would recommend trying the sparkling sake with the ceviche. The price was a bit high, but the quality of the food really spoke for the price tag. Our only two negative comments about the restaurant are: 1. for upscale dining of that caliber, TV's broadcasting sports games seems tacky; 2. the restaurant was an odd mix of rowdy groups, who were clearly intoxicated or close to it, and people attempting to enjoy a peaceful meal. So, the real drawback to the restaurant was that the ambiance seemed to be lacking. Otherwise, we really had an outstanding meal.
