   Worst experience we’ve had. Our server was not very attentive and got multiple things in our order wrong. Then they were out of to go boxes and didn’t offer a solution. We were charged wrong for a couple of things and they didn’t comp any of the things that we received that were wrong. We won’t be returning

   Waited over an hour for food to arrive after ordering. When the food did arrive the food was not cooked properly. I ordered the prime rib and ordered it medium rare and it came out almost well done and was rubbery. It was loud and tables were very close together. It was expensive and not worth the price. Do Not go here!!

   I made a 2:30 pm reservation for the Mother’s Day brunch. When I arrived, the hostess said that I would have an hour wait as the kitchen was resetting for dinner. If the kitchen has an hour reset time, that should be noted on the reservation times that you choose from. We were looking forward to this as it was a special day, but you have now lost a patron because of your poor lack of scheduling. I happily gave my business to another restaurant.

   HORRIBLE FOOD. WORST MOTHERS DAY BRUNCH EVER HAD. SAT US NEXT TO SOMEONE ELSE'S FOOD AND NEVER CLEARED IT.

   Mother’s Day Brunch was a complete scam, $50 per person for a gas station quality buffet. The sushi was easiest the worst I’ve ever had. Food insanely over priced for the quality and I would never eat here again.

   Alexis (server) was the only part of the evening that was good. She wasn’t even supposed to be taking care of us but stepped in and did!

   I guess the manager quit and they are understaffed. We waited 3 hours for our food. I felt bad for our waiter. He did his best considering the circumstances, but the restaurant itself needs a revamp with employees. Food was pretty good, what came.

   I have been to Kona at least 6 times now. EVERY time the service is horrible! And the food is mediocre. The only good thing about this place is its location
