   I have been to Kona at least 6 times now. EVERY time the service is horrible! And the food is mediocre. The only good thing about this place is its location

   We had a dance party of 10. Not one steak was correct. The medium was well done. Medium rare was well done and one was almost raw. It took an hour for our food to come. The sushi and sides were good. Just because we had many teenagers doesn’t mean our food shouldn’t be cooked as ordered we paid the same as anyone else.

   We came for Easter brunch. $49 a person for mediocre precooked breakfast food. I did get the prime rib which was well seasoned but overcooked. Waitress said it would be medium yada yada no big deal. Had to ask for salt pepper ketchup tobasco which I thought was odd they don’t have salt and pepper on the table, again no big deal. But what i left with a bad feeling about was the waitress brought out watermelon and when we pointed out that it was old and not edible she giggled and admitted that she “saw that but was going to see if we did” she was willing to actually leave that at our table and serve it to us to consume rather than tell the kitchen or manager to just cut a new watermelon.

   My waitress was great and the food was delicious. Kitchen messed up one of our orders, but they resolved quickly and credited the dish without me even asking. Very nice and wasn’t necessary, but props to good service.

   The food was great. They were out of meatballs and the wagyu fried rice. But the server made up for it and took care of us. It was delicious and the meal was great. We will definitely be back to try something new. Delicious food and fun atmosphere

   Kona Grill was a total win from start to finish. The food was delicious—perfectly cooked and beautifully presented—but what really made the night memorable was the service. Our server, Belle, was incredible. She was sharp, witty, and made us laugh the entire time, all while handling everything with total professionalism and charm.     We had an amazing time. Belle was our server and she was excellent! She was so prompt and attentive to my wife and I which really made all the difference. We will definitely be coming back to see her!
