A person on our party has a food allergy & they brought the item incorrectly 4 times. The food was ok nothing to brag about. The manager was aware of the error and did nothing about it. They did not handle the situation accordingly. Management did not care.

Kona Grill is one of my favorite restaurants but was only available in West Palm Beach. I could not wait for this location to open and used my birthday as the perfect introduction. The ambiance was beautiful,the food was served timely,and the waiter I ended up with waa friendly. However the customer service was lax. With two employees standing at the door I almost had to open my door. We were not greeted inside and had to find someone to look up my reservation just to be seated. Once we were seated we sat for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. I had to ask if we were going to have a server for the evening. That is when we tentatively got who we got. I dressed up,drove 30 minutes from my house,and made Kona Grill a choice. I expected customer service.

Service was on point and the food was good. I found the prices to be a bit on the high side, there were not many tables at the restaurant, yet our food and drinks from the bar took to long
