   Our waitress I sure wish I could remember her name was so sweet and kind. She took great care of us. I thought management did a good job of handling everyone coming in and running a little late. The food was good for as busy as it was. The sushi was super some of the best. $3.00 mimosas during brunch hours was wonderful and they tasted so good.

   We had a reservation at 12:15, seated at 12:40. We ordered our food in a timely manner but didn’t receive our food for an hour. I noticed many, many tables that had no food for a very long time. We heard that they had received a ton of reservations (Mother’s Day) but were still accepting far more walk ins than could be adequately served along with the reservations. Our food was good, but the wait for food was totally unacceptable. I won’t be coming here again on a holiday or special occasion.

   Kona Grill is a very nice restaurant. Mays, our server, went above and beyond to make our dining experience an exceptional one. I ordered the fish and chips, and my only complaint was the fish was over cooked. My husband got the Po Bowl, and he said it was very good. We were with 3 other people who also thought their food was very good.

   Our Server Rob was great! He took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. He even offered us more lettuce for our shrimp and chicken wraps which was great. I have ate her a couple times before and can tell the quality of food has gotten better. My sister loved her Prime Rib and my Steak Frites were cooked perfectly. The fries were crispy and the bernaise was delicious. Management team was kind, attentive and always on the floor. Whatever the team is doing to execute the restaurant better it is definitely showing! Ryan’s amazing.

   Food is always good here. However, we had reservations for valentines and they were so busy. They’d moved tables around and didn’t inform the waitstaff so we had to wait 15+ minutes before anyone even acknowledged we were there. Our waitress explained the situation, so we know it wasn’t her fault. Management should have told staff beforehand how the tables were going to be rearranged.

   After waiting for an hour we had not received our food and ended up having to go to another restaurant. On top of that, the music was too loud and the staff was inattentive.
