Overall experience was not very good. The food was below average. It took forever to get drinks. Apps came out at the same time as our main course.

I can't believe this was my first time here but definitely won't be my last. The service was great and the food was amazing. Great happy hour specials as well!!

It was my birthday. Even though a few items were not available. Our server Kimora was top notch. She made suggestions for a most enjoyable time. Thank you Kimora and the management!

The last time we went it was excellent but this time was the total opposite. Food took over an hour and my steak was overcooked and cold and my husband’s was tasteless and simply awful. We won’t be back.

Our waitress T was amazing. We brought our 5 and 3 year old as a treat for them. They love sushi. She was so patient, considerate and kind to them. Every staff member we came in contact with was beyond accommodating. The food was fantastic and the restaurant was very clean.

I loved celebrating my birthday at Kona Grill with my sister, but was definitely surprised when I got home and checked my email receipt to find out that I was charged $9 for an ala carte english muffin. I could have bought a couple of bags of muffins for that price. Wow! $3 mimosas were fire and the breakfast and country fried steak were delicious.

I celebrated my 21st birthday at Kona, and it was absolutely amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make my night special — from the great service to the fun atmosphere, everything was perfect. The food and drinks were on point, and the energy of the place made it a birthday to remember. Huge thanks to everyone at Kona for making my 21st unforgettable. Keep being awesome!

Our server was nice and doing the best she could in a rough situation. The restaurant wasn't that busy, and our appetizers were great. We should have stopped there. It took our meals more than 45 minutes to arrive, after we finished our appetizers - and we ordered it all at the same time. When the food finally arrived, my flatbread had obviously died in the window and been put in the oven to "rejuvenate it." It was awful. My wife's food, in the meantime, was room temperature. Even when we mentioned to the server that it had been a very long time (and she agreed), no one tried to resolve the issue. No manager checked on us, for the entirety of our time there. When we paid the bill, the payment machine asked how our meal was and I posted the same experience. Since that time, no one has reached out. That's fine, but I expected better for the price point.
