   Terrible service. Waited an hour even though we had a reservation. The manager was not helpful or responsive.

   We had a dinner for my son’s birthday. Staff was very kind and attentive and food was great.

   First let me say,I have had breakfast here many times. I would go back again anytime to eat breakfast again, it was amazing. Dinner however was almost a complete disappointment. Server seemed uninterested in us, offered no warm welcome, we had to ask about daily specials, almost felt like we were bothering her. My dinner was cold and lacking taste, friends meal had to go back to kitchen, uncooked and very bland. Skipping this one for dinner in the future - but will go again for breakfast.

   Took an awful long time for our food to arrive considering we didn’t order appetizers. Food was the best to be had at WDW so far ....

   I’m very easy to please at a restaurant but this place just was not what I thought it would be my food came out almost at room temperature when I called the waitress over to let her know here answer was we do not have a microwave to heat it lol... So I ask for the manager he came out and apologized ,he said they would make it over for me that one came out at lower temperature than the first one plus there was zero taste to it I felt like I was at a very bad diner I will never return!

   Came back a second time because the burger was so good. It was just as good the second time around, but service was a bit lack-luster, particularly for Disney standards. Still, overall one of my favourite dining options on the monorail.

   The food and drinks don’t disappoint here! Great scenery, service and fun. You definitely feel like you slipped away to the tropics when you dine at the Kona Cafe.

   Service was fantastic, friendly and personalized. Really interesting menu with unique items. Sushi was super fresh, best salmon I’ve had anywhere. I’ve heard breakfast is amazing. 😊
