   The restaurant was seriously overbooked. Had to eat outside since there were no available tables inside. Appetizers were finished before drinks arrived, and the main course took an hour to come. Our waitress was wonderful though.

   We’ve had better experiences at this very good restaurant, however on cinco de mayo they were so busy that they couldn’t keep up. Drinks took 20 minutes and our whole dinner took over two hours due to extremely slow and inattentive service. Don’t ever sit at the tables in the back room.

   Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Went for the Cinco de Mayo celebration. The server disappeared after our order. I had to get my own drink as I saw it sitting at the bar waiting to be picked up. The order was wrong when he brought it out. At that point I had to leave. Very disappointed.

   Varied appetizers and main menu options with interesting combination of quality ingredients and spices. Excellent waitstaff. We had previously visited for happy hour which was excellent and so we returned a few months later for dinner and were equally impressed

   Enjoyed our first experience at Kolucan. It was not busy on a Tuesday evening. Food was delicious, margaritas were refreshing. The place has a nice vibe and the wait staff were pleasant. Suspect we will try it again when we want some more upscale, authentic Mexican food! This is not your local fast food Mexican, it was genuine and very tasty.

   Service last night was painfully slow. Is started with our drinks, then waiting over an hour for entrées and then waiting again to pay our bill. Thankfully it was a nice night to sit outside.

    One of the most unique Mexican restaurants I have ever dined in. Very flavorful with many unique dishes. The ceviche appetizer was spectacular. I also enjoyed the fajitas for my entre.
