   From appetizers through to dessert, everything was delicious. The Kolkata Mule is a tasty twist on this cocktail classic - warning, they go down real smooth... The Lusani Cauliflower is our go-to appetizer, but so is the the Jalebi Chat (and the way it's presented is a feast for the eyes). Smokey Butter Chicken, mmmm. Service was outstanding!

   Please keep the decibels low for the live music and singers.. too too loud for the small size space.

   The food & ambience was great but the service was terrible. This place is understaffed in waiting service & kitchen personnel. This restaurant will require an overhaul in their hospitality department before it gets a referral in my books.

   We booked table for valentine's Day. Live music was bit too loud and not impressive. Secondly the service was bad the waiter was pushing hard for ordering all food at once perhaps wanted to have more rotation on busy day like valentine's, but it ruined our evening experience. 2 stars for the food which was quite good

   We arrived for our reservations at 7 and ordered shortly after. We told the waiter that we had nut allergies and asked for options on the food. We were asked to order the balti chicken and fish curry with naan along with a few appetizers. An hour later we got one appetizer and apologies for the late arrival. We noticed that other tables were also finally getting their food. The waiter kept telling us “he’s got us” and then we noticed him yelling at the chefs through the window. 15 mins later the waiter tells us both the chicken and fish have nuts and he can give us some lamb if we want. Now 1.5 after we arrived we were told he couldn’t tell what was in the food and we had no choice but to leave after our night was ruined. No apologies, no discussion with the manager or chef, just a poor girl (not the original waiter) sent to collect payment for the drinks and appetizer. This place has terrible service and I would avoid at all costs if you care about that.

   Great food, compliments to the chef. We loved everything we ate. The issue is service, you have good staff but their lack of training is very obvious. The restaurant needs to be run in a more organized manner.

   This is a must-try restaurant if you are craving Indian foods and more so if you are looking for a flavour of Kolkata foods! You have to try their Club's Special Veg Platter, it is amazing and totally worth the price. All their dishes are well balanced in terms of the spices; I could taste all the spices without one flavour dominating over the others. Special thanks to our server Kunal and chefs Madan and Sharma for making our first visit there a memorable one. I will definitely be visiting this place frequently and would encourage you to give this place a shot if you havent done so already; you wont be disappointed.

   Restaurant was closed on day of reservation with no communication from the restaurant or Open table. Very disappointing.

   Arrived at this restaurant with 4 friends for a birthday celebration! I was thoroughly impressed and pleasantly surprised by the lovely decor and fresh food! Needless to say, food was delicious! Recommendations: crispy cauliflower, tikka masala and garlic naan! All of those dishes were big hits with the whole group! Definitely a place that non-Indians and Indians will appreciate because of the luxe decor and authentic taste! The waitresses were extremely attentive (kept promptly checking in to clear dishes, place additional items and refill water). We arrived with a cake & candles. They were kind enough to allow us to do so and they even brought out the cake perfectly lit at the end of the meal. We spent quite some time there and did not feel rushed at all. We went on Sunday evening - maybe 4 other groups were there. Bollywood music was playing (not overly loud) and noise level was conversation-like! Great find! Surprised I haven’t been inside before as I’m quite a foodie. Will definitely revisit!

    Extra money was charged on our bill. I paid my bill and realized later before we left and asked my server about that. The attitude of the server was not good.
