Pedimos el nuevo menú degustación de 13 tiempos. Dado que llegamos temprano, entonces el servicio fue muy amable y atento, nos atendieron Ulises y Sergio. Aunque eran 13 tiempos, la espera entre cada uno de ellos fue mínima, fue notoria la coordinación con cocina. Se dan el tiempo para explicar amablemente la historia de cada platillo. Todo excelente, solo la picaña llegó fría, de los 4 tiempos dulces solo la brasa no nos convenció. Buena experiencia, recomendable, solo cuidar los pequeños detalles.
